From day one of having Dish Network installed we had problems. Their rep has been very nice and helpful however we are paying a large sum of money $ 210.00 a month and in the month that we’ve had Dish our rep has been out to work on it about 19 times. That’s just problems with the TV. Our internet daily takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get online and once online a circle spins and won’t open pages; not at all.
Today we canceled both the TV and Internet and since we have a 2 year contract we now have to pay $ 37.00 a month for canceling or they will turn us over to collections. The contracts are ridiculous and should be against the law. It’s not our fault that their service doesn’t work but we get penalized.
Don’t fall for their ads that say how good they are or how cheap they are; not true at all. Please beware and proceed with caution if you are considering Dish.
