So after years of choosing to use this company for all of my family’s embroidery needs… I am done. I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service along with customer satisfaction is very important to me. For whatever reasons this place treats their customers like they don’t matter. If I pay you for a service and I’m not completely happy… what happened to making things right? We’ve gotten Belvah bags, Christmas stockings, pillows all kinds of things embroidered and it’s always something. Unable to match font (size and style)…thin stitching… limited selection of fonts. Last the staff is just plain rude!
In a nutshell do your research there are other places in the area who will take your money AND treat you with respect. No one has to patronize you… it’s a choice and I can’t give my money to someone who is rude and condescending ON TOP of being less than custom service oriented.
