I think I’m done. I love Bo’s chicken and biscuits. The poor service at this location makes it not worth it for me. I have had parts of my orders missing too many times. Today was the final straw. My order: family variety pack which includes 8 pieces of chicken, 12 Supremes or tenders, 3 sides, 8 biscuits and tea. Usually my slaw is forgotten, or the tea. If I hadn’t checked my box tonight, I would have gotten home with only half my order.
Everybody’s very disorganized in the back and blame was being placed everywhere. Perhaps some more training?

Pretty decent Bojangles location, I usually stop here for coffee. The only bad thing is that the drive-​thru has been extremely slowwwwww everytime I stopped.
The other day I was gonna stop at the Chic-​fil-​a across the street for some grilled nuggets, but the parking lot was slam packed & the line at the drive-​thru was wrapped all the way around the building out of the parking lot & into the street, so I swung in here & got some roasted chicken bites, formerly known as «Buffalo Bites». They were actually very good, nice chunks of roasted chicken breast that have been marinated in a buffalo type sauce. A very good option from the fried chicken & biscuits.
