Atlas Fence Company

We fenced in our backyard, and while we are very pleased with the finished product, their people in customer service are very disorganized. After we signed a contract, we never heard from them. We had to call three times to find out if they were coming or not. After the install, we found very jagged pieces of cut pipe strewn about our yard and the neighbors yard. I stepped on one that lodged in my shoe. We collected all the pieces we could find and called to let them know. Someone came and looked and took the bag of pieces back. The woman who runs the company, wrote us a less than considerate letter stating that no one ever complains about them, but they don’t doubt us. (???) She was more worried about us writing a review with the BBB, than the safety of their customers (and our 3-​year old neighbor who would have been severly cut if she had stepped on one of those jagged pieces.
