1-800-PACK-RAT

From my initial phone call to request a quote, to the delivery to my destination 1−800-PACK-RAT has been absolutely the best. My family and I recently moved from San Diego, CA to Whitsett, NC. We found 1−800-PACK-RAT online and decided to give it a try. I was hesitant at first but I am so glad I called. Customer service was great. I got a reasonable quote for my long distance move. For every step of the process I was informed and updated by email and phone calls. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The driver who delivered my container in San Diego was very professional. We felt bad because we had a driveway that was hard to place the container on, but he was able to make it work and didn’t complain at all for the trouble. During the transit of our container, I received multiple emails updating us on the status of the container. I thought this was great. When we arrived in North Carolina I called to set up delivery. Again, without any issues. The week of delivery we were contacted by another driver, Charles Haire, to see if we wanted our container delivered earlier than scheduled. I was so thankful for this! We had been sleeping on the floor of our new apartment and wanted our beds badly. Our apartment complex was a little picky about leaving the container on the property blocking parking, but Mr. Haire was able to schedule a pickup of the empty container the following day despite having only two working vehicles at his location. I am so impressed with 1−800-PACK-RAT. I would use them again for another move and recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our move so effortless.
