The guy who took our order acted like he really didn’t want to be there. Didn’t ask for a name to put on the order but put«b» I hope it didn’t stand for bitch because I was not being one! I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger, after I took a bite I realized there was no bacon on it so I took it to him. He gave me back my cheeseburger with bacon on it!(The one with a bite taken out of)

Hands down one of the worst places to eat in Greenfield. They can’t get your order correct. The food is usually sloppily assembled. The staff could care less. The dining room is filthy most of the time. I seriously dont see how this place is still open. If I am in the mood for Wendy’s I will gladly drive to Indy where I get much better service and food.

I really wish I read the reviews before I went to this location. Even then, I probably would have thought they surely can’t STILL be awful, but alas, this is the worst Wendy’s there is. 1:45 on a Sunday and there’s a crowd– still normal. I saw an Employee of the Month sign and made a joke about there not being a pick for the last 2 months. Guess I know why now — no one earned that spot. The food took ages to come out and the line order was all wrong. I watched as all the ice melted in the lemonade next to me while they waited for fries. The cashier was a teen boy who after like he was grounded and working there was his punishment. Never smiled, always monotone, and he reached his unwashed hands into the ice bucket. Disgusting. The same teen cashier then shoved a large box of chicken nuggets onto my sandwich(in the bag) and tried to also put the receipt in the nugget box. I quickly took it out, asked for some ranch(which I had already requested when purchasing), and even though I had my hand out, he threw it towards me into the bag(which was only an inch from my chest) The restrooms were gross. Everything was leaking — the sink in the bathroom, the ice tea machine, and the the trash can top –which had already accumulated a very large puddle on the floor. All-in-all, this was the worst Wendy’s. It was as if everyone in that restaurant hates their life and doesn’t give a shit about anything.

Gross place, gross people, gross food and horrible service. The last time I was there, two shit heads gave me my food and said«haha, enjoy your food» in a very sarcastic tone. Hmm, what would that make you think? Needless to say, I don’t go there anymore, or ever will again.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful. However, I used to work in fast food and when I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was immediately ready the red flags rose up. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt but just as I figured it was all too obvious that it had sat on a hot plate for a while and then been microwaved. The bun was so saturated with grease it fell apart in my hands. The tomato and patty were rubber and I had asked for extra mayo and recieved a literal dot of it. I am not picky but can not believe I just spent 5.99 on something to throw in the trash. The choice to never return is a no brainer. Buttholes.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, this place was so gross, we went here on a road trip and the Mcdonalds was closed. Right when I walked in it smelled atrocious. I wanted to use the restroom since we were on the road, but I walked in and the smell was awful, then I saw the toilet bowl that looked like it had never been cleaned and I had to leave. The service was super slow and unfriendly and I had to return 2 times to get my lemonade and the kids drinks.

Drive thru service is very inconsistant. Most of the time the order is wrong when you get home. Employees don’t take pride in uniforms.

My family comes to Greenfield twice a year and usually eats lunch on the way in at this Wendy’s. I think after this experience we are moving on. We are used to this location taking much longer than other Wendy’s and other fast food locations, but this time was exceptionally long. We were a group of four people paying together and for some reason it seemed like it was very complicated to figure out our order. We had tons of people waiting behind us and it took a good 20 minutes from when we ordered to when we received our full order, and some items were wrong and many items were no longer hot or even warm. The cashier seemed on top of things but the people putting the order on the tray just seemed confused and stressed and kind of unhappy. We didn’t complain because it was obvious that it was taking too long and they were making mistakes. Wendy’s also recently changed their fries, which was a disappointment since Wendy’s fries have always been my favorite. I didn’t even eat my whole small order of fries– just not nearly as good as their former fries in my opinion, though others in our group liked that they seemed skinnier and crispier. They also recently changed their salads and took my favorite mandarin chicken salad off the menu– what a bummer. I’m not sure why this Wendy’s seems to consistently have trouble filling orders over our past few years of visits, but hopefully they can make some changes and maybe have some stronger leadership to make it happen.
