The larger man who took my order was so polite! He even chatted with us a bit. We felt good after being here, not gross or dirty. Order came very fast. Food was hot and yummy!

Awful. Awful. Awful. Waited in the middle of the drive through with no escape for 30 min! I’m on my way on a long drive to see my wife on our anniversary and needed a quick bite to eat. So fast food was the only option. So slow I’m not even mad anymore because I can’t believe how awfully slow the service is here. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location. #NewManagement?

This Taco Bell location has been one of the worst fast food restaurants we have frequented in Greenfield but recently the service has changed a bit. The last few times we have been through their drive-thru the staff here has been responsive, faster, as well as polite. This is a definite change from other times we have visited. The other good change has been that they didn’t mess up the order in the last few visits. In the end, things have changed but I am still not sold on a new and improved Taco Bell/KFC/Pizza Hut.

Restaurant was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Would have given one star but they had an unsweetened drink option(tea) which is hard to find at fast food restaurants.

When observing the sanitation habits(or rather lack there of) I can only guess the Board of Health doesn’t shut them down because of a steady supply of chalupas and bribes. Multiple occasions I have seen someone go from handling money to touching food without sanitizing in between. When this was brought to their attention I was met with rudeness. Prices are not accurately reflected on the drive thru board, and despite the law saying they must offer the lower price you’d be more successful talking Putin into acting rationally. If you actually want good Mexican food go to Mesa Verde in downtown Greenfield.
