Millennium Auto Repair

I cannot say enough nice things about Juan and Millennium Auto Repair.
We were traveling thru Greenfield when our car began to overheat. We found Millennium from my phone and limped there, over-​heating all the way. Juan diagnosed our problem (it was obvious-​even to me) and told us what he needed to do to get us back on the road. Now, all of this is fairly normal, if not expected, from an auto repair place. But…
What impressed me was the trouble he went to to make us feel comfortable while we waited. He had ordered the part to be delivered, and checked up on it to see if it would come earlier then the time quoted (it did). He had done all the prep work on the car, so when the part came, we were out in 10 minutes. He helped me check options for a rental car (there was none), a u-​haul truck (there was none) and when we determined there was no option but to wait, he was very helpful in suggesting a luncheon place that would deliver. He brought our dogs water, and made sure we were comfortable in his waiting area while we waited.
This all happened 60 days ago, and I still think about his kindness. And, by the way, the car is working just fine, too.
