Matthew did an amazing job photographic my wedding. He offers a trustworthy and calming voice on, what can be, a very overwhelming day. His style complimented exactly what we were looking for, a photographer that can step into the background and capture beautiful images without being noticed.

My husband and I travelled to Massachusetts from Texas to renew our vows, and I selected Matthew based on his Unilocal reviews (seriously!). And, boy, am I glad I did!
Not only was he very prompt in replying to my emails, he was incredibly professional, yet very personable. I worried that since we didn’t have guests or a reception that there wouldn’t be that many photographic opportunities. But Matthew found plenty.
We received our photos very promptly after we returned home, and I can’t say enough about how much I love them.

Choosing Matthew to be our photographer was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. He was very professional and easy to work with. While he did a great job with the portraits, we were most amazed by all the candids he took that day. Many of our guests also commented on how they never noticed he was around; yet his pictures captured all the most important events up close. Matthew was also very knowledgeable about how weddings typically run as well as the photographs and portraits that we would want to have, so we did not have to worry about setting up for portraits ourselves. At the same time, he was very accommodating for any special requests we had. All in all, working with Matthew was a very pleasurable experience and we would recommend him to anyone.

In the last few years, I have been lucky enough to hire him six times for my clients’ events. The best recommendation is that I’ve just booked him for two more times in May & June.
First, Matthew is a world-​class photographer and his eye for capturing the perfect image is incredible.
Second, he is the nicest guy ever and it’s a real pleasure to work with him. He understands what you want to capture and delivers it, on time as promised.
I hesitate to post this recommendation because I don’t want him to get too busy that I can’t fit in his schedule.
