i believe this man to be dishonest. he had me sign a contract for hourly service and then charged me literally thousands of dollars for a tax return, claiming it took 13 hours to complete my tax return. my tax situation is NOT complicated, and i have no doubt that i could have done it in less time on my own.
bottom line: go somewhere else!
