I go here for many items. They are ALWAYS helpful. Much more so than the local Home Depot that has terrible customer service. I don’t understand the previous review. It is not the norm. Perhaps everyone involved was having a bad day.

Before repairing a faucet I needed a large adjustable wrench, and decided to stop in at Aubuchon Hardware. This store is always well stocked with items, and the staff is always willing to help you find what you need.
The prices for items are comparable to the larger chains such as Home Depot, but it is much easier to find the items you are looking for in this store. The last time I was here I struggled to find the particular nuts and bolts I needed to finish a project, and the staff member at the time came over and helped me locate the right one. The best part was that I didn’t have to ask her, she just recognized that I needed the help.
Overall, this store is great for many reasons, but one of my favorite is that they refill propane tanks for a really great price. This will be important since grill season is fast approaching.
