My family and I are DD obsessed. There is no telling how many times and how much we reload our Dunkin card in a year. That is why I am so upset that our local store has gone down hill and hit bottom hard. We used to live stopping in it driving thru. The staff was amazingly friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh. Our last time in, about a week ago, was awful. The staff were surly at best and we ended up with old cold coffee that got tossed. My wife called the corporate office. They were very engaging and offered a five dollar coupon. That’s good but the problem is the store I liked has failed. Hopefully management will show some form of concern and work on the problems. I am not writing this to be contacted or compensated. Managers can’t fix what they don’t know. So now you do. Fix it.
