Foo Chow Restaurant

Ordered the boneless spareribs combination platter. Egg roll was tasty. Fried rice was good. Ribs were somewhat fatty with a sauce that was almost too sweet.

Anyone else like dog food? Because if you do… you should eat foo chow!
I grew up eating at this restaurant. It has been open in the town of Greene for almost two decades. On a recent visit home, I decided to be nostalgic and my family ordered dinner from here. I don’t think any of us finished what we got. The rice was dry, the general tso chicken was a low quality cut of chicken and the sauce was abysmal. I then learned Foo Chow is under new management and since they came in, everything has gone down hill.
I feel very bad for the people who live in Greene. There isn’t a ton of places to eat at in the town. I have my memories of childhood I guess. It’s tragic to see this place fall so far.

I was craving chinese food while visiting a relative and we hit this place up. I wasn’t expecting much and was beyond pleasantly surprised. Food was pretty darn good. Whenever I’m in the area I go here.

For a take out place in country.
Adequate seating, bathrooms, reasonable prices and free hot tea.
I had double cooked pork lunch special. Nice on a cold day!

Average food, average service. Not much for atmosphere. I usually get my food to go. They don’t take credit cards.

worst food ever, terrible service, attitudes, slow service, felt uncomfortable, prices horrible, jackie chan may have filmed there but he sure did not eat there. please do not go there, don’t say you weren’t warned

i just ordered sweet and sour chicken + wonton soup with the green onions. It came out hot and crispy. Plus I got the green onions i asked for. A+

My husband and I like to get Chinese food to bring home. It is my favorite food of all so we get it often. Our food from Foo Chow has always been very good. Never had trouble with anything and we have been going there for over ten years now. The take out order is usually ready within ten minutes of ordering. It is hot when we get home and is well packaged so nothing ever spills. All the food is well cooked and tasty. We have ordered a variety of dishes and they all are mouthwatering. I highly recommend it!

We do not feel that the owners truly care whether you are there or not. It was a very apathetic experience. The food was nothing special, the service barely existed, and the restaurant is quite sparse. The food was just average.
