I came here based on Megan L.‘s review and she was right, it was a great experience. I do have to correct one small little thing. The office is down the long hallway on the second floor near Macy’s. You know the hallway where the lockers and bathrooms are? Yeah, all the way down there, on the right. To be fair, my Unilocal GPS put it right at J.C. Penney, too. I came here back in summer because I had this cough that would not go away. After a 30 minute wait(one person with the«doc» and one person ahead of me), I got to go in and get examined. The lady(A doctor? A nurse? I’m not quite sure.) examined me, gave me a prescription and emailed my pharmacy so that it would be ready when I got there. I really can’t ask for more than that! It cost me $ 7 with my insurance, and they bill you, so you don’t have to pay right there… at least that’s how it was in my case. Now that I know where it is, I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again, should the need arise… no appointment necessary! 8÷2016÷245

Decided to go in last minute after being sick for three weeks. Thought I had a sinus infection. My fiancé said she choose this one based on the reviews. When we drove there, the directions brought us to the mall. We sat in the parking lot for a few minutes wondering what was going on before we decided that it was probably in the mall. Weird, right?! But yeah, it’s in the mall, near the JC Penny. The wait wasn’t long at all. There was only one other person in the waiting room. The nurse was very personable and friendly. The doctor was also very friendly, fast and efficient. The price is $ 70 a visit without insurance. Because I have insurance, it was just $ 25. I was happy with that. The establishment was clean as well. All in all, I would say you should go if you need something fast and you’re sure it’s not an actual emergency. If it’s an emergency or something serious, they’ll turn you away. They also don’t do gyno appointments or physicals.

I came here on a Friday afternoon with a sinus infection. I’ve unfortunately had my fair share of visits to urgent/walk-in clinics for similar issues. This was my first visit to this particular clinic however. I was so pleased to find an empty waiting room when I entered! I waited for probably about five minutes before being taken back to see the nurse practitioner. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. The nurse practitioner was very efficient and asked good health history questions. I think the biggest thing I can say about these types of clinics is to really be sure that they can handle the issues that you are coming in with. Check out Aurora’s website to see what kind of care you need. If you are having some sort of issue that might require hospitalization or if you need a lot of testing done… don’t choose Quick Care as your first stop.

I’ve been here twice(sad to say) and both times had very short waits(actually, I think no wait). If you’ve ever been to urgent care before, that is kind of a big deal. The big thing to mention, is make sure this is where you need to go… review the Aurora web site to see what their Quick Care provides. The only other thing worth mentioning is if you go in for a routine blood screening(cholesterol, blood sugar, etc) call ahead to see if their machine is working :)
