When my bottom retainer, which had been in my mouth for almost a decade, broke, I went in to Dr. Knuth’s office to get it repaired. After a particularly long wait, which the office did apologize for, my retainer was glued back in, and I thought the problem was solved. However, two days later the retainer broke again, so the office «fixed» it free of charge, after another long wait in the waiting room. A few months later, when I was no longer living in Greencastle, my retainer broke yet again. The office refused to reimburse me for getting it fixed elsewhere, so I was left to foot the bill for their shoddy work. If you value quality dentistry, beware this office.
