If I could rate them at no stars, I would. Service was provided by their Frederick office. Don’t know about their regular service, but stay away from what they sell on stink bug treatments. This is a total rip off at $ 150+ a spray. When I called to complain, no one returned my call. Called back the next day and all I got was excuses why it didn’t work and that I needed to purchase a treatment plan. No way! Not throwing good money after bad. Unfortunately, I also felt they were dishonest and certainly undeserving of my business.
In additional, my friend hired them for stink bug service and signed a contract. They had the same experience with no positive results. When they expressed her dissatisfaction and wanted to cancel, they refused to let her out of the contract. Now they are suing her. I should have know better to give them a try.

We have been using Gladhill for eight years. One word describes their service and customer commitment: SUPERB! They take the time to explain who they are, what they do, how they do it, why they do it, and make the effort to schedule with you at times that are as reasonable as possible.
The service technicians are always as prompt as possible, given they are covering an area from the Eastern Shore of MD to DC to Harper’s Ferry, WV to Raystown Lake to Chambersburg. The office staff is friendly, courteous, attentive to customers’ needs and clear in their way of coveting information.
They are reasonable in their rates and always explain the costs up front without any backdoor up-​charges. That is definitely welcomed and appreciated by this person who has put up with that kind of bait-​and-​switch in New Jersey.
