This is an excellent cleaners. They do oitstanding work, their prices are completely reasonable, and they do what they promise. I trust them with my tailored clothing and know it wil be done right every time. And that is not something I can say about other cleaners in the area.

If you don’t care about the price or friendliness, this place would be great. $ 35. to launder a duvet cover? Really? I’m used to paying about $ 20, in Tiburon! $ 7.40 to launder a white men’s shirt? I made the mistake of telling the owner that it was my son’s shirt. She said because it was too small – in fact, my son is an adult and wears a 14 ½ neck size. He’s a man’s small. The owners are incredibly rude, not only to me, but I observed the obvious owner chastising and criticizing an employee. Usually, rudeness(at the cleaners) doesn’t bother me, I just feel sad for them that they’re so unhappy, day in and day out. But in this case, these people are really miserable. And they seem to want to carry their message of anger and scorn to all they encounter. I think it’s worth it to make the trek back to Tiburon Cleaners – I know they’re always happy to see me!

Don’t bother with this place. The owners are astounding rude and unprofessional. They do not take responsibility for their errors and make excuses when things go wrong, even by blaming the customer. So, terrible quality, rudeness, and high prices??? I don’t think so.

I have been using Meaders Cleaners for over 15 years, and I have always found them to do excellent work, on time, with no problems whatever. They have given me good advice and service for special items, too. They sent one wool jacket which had moth damage to a man who«re-weaved» the hole, and I could not tell where it had been — amazing. One time last year, I had a leather jacket and wool pants on at a luncheon, and I spilled lemon curd all over both of them! On my way home I stopped off at Meaders, and picked up, among other things, an identical pair of pants. I inquired if they had any way to get lemon curd off the jacket. Turns out they have a dressing room, so I changed into the clean pants, and left the lemon curd drenched pants and leather jacket there. Both were ready in 3 days, and looked terrific!

My wife & I have been very loyal, high-volume customers of Meaders Cleaners in The Bön Air Center for the past five years, and had been more than satisfied with the level of customer service. The longtime owners(Howard & Eunice Bae) recently retired and sold the business to another woman, and as a result, the service level, and«friendliness factor» during pickup & drop-off visits has dropped DRAMATICALLY. As I was leaving the store today after dropping off and picking up laundry, the new owner was having an argument with another employee as if they were alone. Tacky to say the least! This is something you would have never seen from Eunice while any customer was present. I used to just go along with paying the very high prices Meaders charges because my wife really enjoyed seeing and talking with Eunice, however after today’s visit, I WILL be taking our business elsewhere!

I have a pet peeve with cleaners. Years ago I came to the conclusion that regular old shirt cleaning, as opposed to dry cleaning worked best on linen shirts. They maintained their«lineness» much longer, and oh yeah, it was alot cheaper. What I hate is when you drop off your shirts and give instructions for cleaning, and they take it on themselves to then dry clean half your shirts and drive your bill up by several hundred percent while their at it. Meaders takes the cake. They absolutely refuse to clean your linen shirts, unless they get to charge you twice the normal, three bucks, rate for shirts. I wasn’t surprised to see their shop empty both times I’ve been in. It’s what their attitude deserves.
