Referred here by a friend in the city. This has been a big time suck and yielded very little aside from phone calls and frustrations. After ordering tons of tests including blood, stool and urine for my child, I got a phone call that she had to cancel our appointment to review the results. Next available appointment was literally MONTHS away. I requested a phone call from the doctor to talk about this. But she won’t call to talk or discuss results /recommendation. She’s running a nice little racket here and I feel like she doesn’t really care about the health of her patients and meanwhile our child continues to suffer.

Came here looking for functional medicine practitioners that accept insurance, and found them. Saw Dr. Sean Zager, and he approached my health with a combination of a solid knowledge base in conventional medicine, and an open mind to treat me as an individual, seeking out root causes, and looking for the best possible treatment from the full spectrum of conventional, integrative and functional medicine. Kind and caring people who, in my opinion, are setting the bar for how medicine should be practiced.

I strongly recommend Dr David Schanaker for chiropractic services! I feel more relaxed and the tension in my head and neck are immediately relieved after a 30-minute session.

Dr. Perro is amazing! She’s the only Doctor I’ve met that is truly interested in getting to the root cause of health issues. Thank you Dr. Perro for doing your job with integrity, passion and professionalism. She’s been very instrumental in the healing of our family and our young children.

It’s a bit of a hike from Berkeley, but so worth it. It’s the only naturopathic/homeopathic leaning group of doctors covered by my insurance, which was so exciting to find out. I saw Dr. Perro for a variety of issues. She is warm, kind, thorough, and very professional. She’s an MD but also practices homeopathic medicine which I really appreciate. She spent a VERY long time chatting with me about ALL my symptoms, whether she thought they were related or not, took copious notes, examined me, and then set forth a tentative diagnosis, and sent me home with lab kits for tests she’d like to run based on her analysis and what I told her. I have to make it back to the lab next week(which is in the same building) and then visit her again in a month to follow up on the results. Will update this review to 5 stars if all goes well! The office itself is lovely. The receptionist is extremely helpful and friendly, there’s a little store attached to the office and my wait time was like less than 10 minutes. No waiting around in the room, either and no nurse. I saw Dr. Perro right away!

I’ve been to virtually every«integrative» practitioner in Marin, seeking someone who has the depth and breadth of knowledge of my previous out of state integrative physician. I had essentially given up, as it seems most of those claiming to be integrative in Marin have attended a few seminars and add the word to their resume without truly having the knowledge or ability to back it up. There are also a few others who do have a deeper knowledge of the subject, but they have a «system» and apply the same thing to everyone, cookie cutter style, without truly considering the different physiological needs of each individual or keeping up with advances in the field. Not so with Molly — She is the real deal. I had anticipated she would be after reading that she had not only completed her training through Andrew Weil’s integrative medicine program at the University of Arizona, but that she had also been a physician at Canyon Ranch Wellness center in Tucson for 7 — 8 years. Anyone who’s been at Canyon Ranch that long is bound to know their stuff. However, after so much disappointment meeting the different integrative practitioners in Marin, I purposely kept my expectations low so as to not be overly disappointed yet again. I needn’t have worried — within a few minutes of meeting her I knew she«got» it, and that I had finally found someone in Marin with the integrative knowledge I need. She’s very familiar with Functional and Environmental Medicine, which are the forms that I personally subscribe to and have found to be the most helpful for me.(See functionalmedicine dot org if you want to know what this is.) Every previous test of that nature that I have had(I brought all the results with me) she was very familiar with. In addition, she keeps very informed about the latest advances and had further suggestions for me to consider. I’m a healthcare practitioner myself and I try to keep current with all the latest in Functional and Environmental medicine — it is great to find someone who really knows it and who can apply it appropriately. Additionally, she seems to be quite organized and has great follow through. She sent a letter two days after the appointment which reviewed our meeting, what we discussed and her recommendations just as she stated she would. In addition, she called me on a Friday evening to share test results with me that she had received. She could have easily waited until the following week during«work» hours, but instead chose to take he time and call me right away. If you seek a knowledgeable integrative physician in Marin, someone who truly knows how to use and apply it, you absolutely should schedule an appointment.
