Love this place! Brought my neices here in late November for some holiday fun during the day. Cute & quality premade gingerbread houses. The gingerbread houses are also available in different floor plans! Would definitely recommend GBB for some tasty fun with the family.

I took my 3 year old girl here yesterday for a fun father/​daughter activity and we BOTH had a great time. Contrary to a couple reviews by likely uptight penny pinchers, the staff was overly polite and friendly and went out of their way to check in on progress, offer an idea. This is a fantastic experience for your kids with something of value you get to take away in addition to the memory. Who cares if you have to buy $ 5 or $ 10 more in candy if you feel so inspired?! Tis the season — and these guys do a great job to kick it off!

Cute little shop. Very pricey but I love the convenience of having all the supplies in one place and not having to clean up. My daughter had a blast decorating her house but the candy that came with it was definitely not enough and we had to buy some extras, which is where they can get you. Most of the workers were friendly and sweet but some were aloof. My biggest gripe about this place is the other parents who were snotty and rude. One mother glared at my daughter as she was trying to walk down an aisle and wouldn’t move to get out of her way. Others just were snobby. Not a place I would hang out in but good for once a year.

Although this is a creative concept, why would I take my daughters here, when I can go to Cake Art Supplies in San Rafael?!
I went to Gingerbread builders on a saturday, and why I knew it was going to be busy, I didn’t expect the staff to be so impatient and rude.
I made 2 «small» houses with my daughters and spent an extra $ 20 in candy. 4 marshmellows are $ 1!!! please! Be prepared to spend extra on special candies they have lined up against the wall.
Cake Art Supplies has Gingerbread parties on saturday and while they fill up fast, they are worth it. Cheaper, better, and an overall festive atmosphere that makes it feel like the holidays. Just what I am looking for!

We had our daughters 3rd birthday party there and it was incredible. So easy and fun. The kids and adults had a blast (you can bring your own food and drink). They had great «play» areas set up, so once the kids were finished their house, there was still plenty to do. Also they give a percentage of what you spend to your school, so all the more reason to go, bring friends and enjoy. I look forward to going again next year!

So cute!!! A friend told me about this place so I had to stop by. I am soooo excited to bring my girls (9 and 12 yrs) and their friends. What a great idea!!! It’s similar to a «paint your own pottery» place but you decorate gingerbread houses. They have EVERYTHING you need! Your house is already constructed (guaranteed won’t fall apart) and you do all the decorating. Smallest house is $ 27.50 for everything you need. You can purchase extra candies/​décor. Great deal for everything you get! Great place for all ages– preschoolers to grandparents. Can’t wait to bring my kids!!! A new Family Tradition!

Simple steps– pick a gingerbread house, pick out your candy (for decoration), then sit and build while enjoying a festive holiday environment.
Great for kids and families, anyone who is looking for a unique time out this is the place to be.
