If I could change something about Dr. B, I would change nothing. Personable, knowledgable, extraordinary physician and surgeon. Literally saved my life.

If I could give Dr. Bennett 10 stars I would. He’s very skilled as a physician and surgeon. On top of that has got a great sense of humor. He performed TURP surgery on me last month, and it couldn’t of gone better. On all levels, the results were much better than I ever expected, and my quality of life is significantly better thanks to his skill and experience. He was recommended by 2 of the best physicians I know, and now I know why. In my opinion as a urologist he is as good as they get.

I ended up in E.R. for what turned out to be a kidney stone. I managed to get in to see Dr. Bennett on short notice. I had a painful 4 mm stone. I was unable to get it «unstuck» in my ureter, and I had a vacation scheduled in a few days. I had to cancel the vacation, but Dr. Bennet fit me in for laser lithotripsy surgery. The surgery was successful and I was able to take my vacation just a couple days late. Dr. Bennett has outstanding bedside manner, he explains things very clearly and he’s very understanding with the pain and worry I was going through. He worked through the weekend by phone and by email answering questions I had post-surgery. Pre-surgery I wanted to know why we couldn’t use shockwave lithotripsy instead of laser surgery via ureteroscopy(I hate the thought of sticking stuff in there!) and he explained the problem with where the stone was positioned. He was also great with follow-up, I wanted to know how to avoid ever having another kidney stone(once you have one, you’re likely to have another). Everything he said made sense. I never realized how important it is to drink plenty of water!

I had a horrible kidney infection that was caused by a large kidney stone lodged in my ureter and another lodged in my kidney at the ureter opening. My urologist didn’t seem concerned as I had complained about constant infections for nearly 8 months and they were treated with antibiotics ONLY. I called Dr. Bennett’s office for assistance and a second opinion. He saw me immediately, checked me into the hospital and had tubes inserted in my kidneys to drain the infection and immediately arranged for the proper removal of the stones. The first surgery didn’t break the stones so Dr. Bennett efficiently and effectively scheduled a different type of surgery to get rid if the stone blocking my ureter and to remove the tubes and bags that were rerouting the infection out of my body. The entire staff at his office are very kind, efficient and professional. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Bennett’s ability to see me, treat me and basically saving my life when I was not his patient.

I saw Dr. Bennet in December 2013 for a consult and a few days later my vasectomy. I found him to be personable, professional and funny. As a health professional myself, I really appreciated his approach. Dr. Bennett even accommodated a request for to check on another concern of mine the day of the procedure. I liked his staff too. I’ve not yet«tested» the result of his fine work but I’m sure it’s fine! Good to know you Dr. Bennett.

I was referred to Dr. Bennett by a friend’s surgeon, Dr. Laura Pak. I found Dr. Bennett to be on time, to have great people skills, and had great ability to explain and demystify the issues around diagnosing and treating the prostate issue I was there to deal with. I also found the staff to be friendly and competent. A good doc with a good support staff is hard to find. Dr. Bennett was two for two…
