We have had a terrible experience here. After purchasing one bed and not being told that the exchange fee existed (and was $ 200), we nonetheless had to exchange our bed because the one we got does not work for us (I’m sure it is a fine bed for someone). The exchange has a been a nightmare, full of promises to schedule the delivery but not doing so, promises to call us and update us and not doing so, and then a promised delivery that has so far not happened. Avoid this store at all costs. It seems to be quite inefficient, though I am sure all of the mattresses are just fine.

I was in a tight spot as the airbed I’d been using for my airbnb business for 6 months bust a gut, and I had guests that needed a bed that night! However, I’m also spending a lot on renovations so needed a good price!
Nelson did a great job helping me make the best selection with what he had in stock. He didn’t push me at all, just helped me. He then single-handedly put the set on top of my van and tied it securely.
Next time I need a mattress I will be sure to return!

This mattress warehouse is great. My two roommates got their beds from here about 6 months ago and were very satisfied. The person who delivered it set the whole bed up for each of them. Woot! The prices were competitive as well.
Earlier in the day, I went to another mattress place that said it would take a week to deliver one. That was the dealbreaker for me… no way I was gonna sleep on the futon for a week. Since my roommates had a good experience, I called and the man working said he could deliver it to me that night. So I came in around 7pm, found my perfect bed, bought it… and it was in my apartment by 9:20. Holler.
