The pharmacist here is incredibly incompetent. She never orders the correct medication on time and CVS should step in and replace her.

I’m all about customer service and this cvs pharmacy is by far the first. I live very close and it makes the most sense to have my perceptions filled here. I brought in my prescription at 11:00 am. The representative said it would be ready by 1pm. I get there at 1pm and it’s not ready. I go to work, get off at 10pm, go to pick up my prescription and it’s still NOT ready, in fact the woman said we don’t have it in stock. I said why didn’t anyone call me to tell me that? Or why didn’t the representative tell me that when I dropped it off 12 hours ago. The prescription was also for eye drops! Something that I should have been told immediately if it wasn’t in stock. Absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely go elsewhere for now on.

Dr called in prescription at 9am. I’m here at 8pm, and the prescription still has not been filled. She said I would have to come back. Another medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy and so I’m responsible of calling the other pharmacy to ask for the transfer versus the lady in the pharmacy calling herself. Definitely poor service, which was blamed on short staff blah blah…

Poor service, pharmacy sucks. This please would be better off if crack addicts were running it.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. If you want to buy something that is not behind the counter you will be fine. But if you want to get medicine, you are destined to wait weeks of not months to fill your prescription. Besides taking years to full your prescription, sometimes they will tell you that they have your medication and then when you come to pick it up it will not be filled AND it will not be there. They literally don’t know what they have but they will guess and make you run back and forth. They will never have your meds and they will never check the safe. It is literally the worst pharmacy ever. Do not go here.

The pharmacy is crazy busy but my prescription, which was called in from out of state, was ready in minutes. They have a slew of pharmacists who, between the phones and the counter, seem to work well together. After insurance, the antibiotic only cost $ 2.67, so that was a nice surprise as well.

This place is pretty bad. Always understocked. What big chain drug store doesn’t have ONE pair of adult size scissors in stock? How is it that you only have ONE type of Huggies Wipes on the shelf out of the half dozen varieties they make? This place needs an old school boss to come here and whip this place into shape. Hands down one of the worst chain drug stores I’ve ever been in.

There’s something wrong with getting eleventy coupons when you buy just one thing. As well, the prices here seemed a bit higher than usual and the line took longer than usual. Just not a good time today.

Slow and poor inventory. My girlfriend needed a lot of common prescriptions following a surgery. They had none of them in stock. Non pain killers, anti-inflammatory, or laxatives. They are severely understaffed. I tried during the day and late at night. Midnight and there was 1 cashier servicing a line with more than 10 customers. I had much better luck with a non-chain pharmacy nearby. Co-op pharmacy had everything but they aren’t 24 hours.

Although it’s a 24 hour location, it’s the same all day. One person on the register, a long single file line that flows down the aisle ans cashiers who just aren’t quite sure where things are. Tonight, they decided to switch things up a bit possibly due to my eminent need to purchase excedrin for a migraine I’ve had for a couple of hours, but I digress. There was no one at the registers but there was a sign that asked all customers to have their coupons and payment ready at the counter when making a purchase, I laughed because there was no one to factually ring up the purchase to begin with. So I just stood at the counter until someone magically appeared from nowhere. He strolled past me and took another customer standing beside me. Needless to say at this point I’m ready to just take the damn pills and bounce! Thank goodness I was raised better. I hurried to ring my purchase as I muttered I hate this store.

This is a pretty cool CVS. They usually have what I am looking for and the location is pretty convenient. The only thing is that the parking situation is a little cramped. B/C of the location of the CVS and how everything surrounds it, the parking lot makes you drive«one-way» in some parts of it and it can be a bit annoying, but overall this is a cool CVS.

Absolutely despise going to this CVS. The lines for both merchandise and pharmacy are always long. The pharmacy has 6 people working behind the counter but will not help more than one person at a time. Besides the service, I have 4 times attempted to purchase medication that is kept behind the pharmacy counter and they have yet to have in stock what I have asked for despite having a card for the item out on the shelves. Our attempts to use the pharmacy have been similarly annoying. Attempting to use the CVS website was unsuccessful with us being told to call in our order and pick it up later. The one person helping customers has also spent long periods of time searching the multiple locations that filled prescriptions are placed before finally locating it. If you can do anything to avoid this place it would be well worth your time and sanity.

The line there is always long and the staff is rude and completely non-customer service oriented. The other day, my husband and I went to pick up his two prescriptions and the pharmacy technician had the nerve to ask him if he had insurance. Ofcourse he does! That’s why we gave them the insurance card and information when we dropped off the prescription. She tells us, «Oh, no one put the information in so unfortunately we cannot process your prescription because our systems are down.» First off, we dropped off the prescriptions for over 24 hours and it should have already been filled and processed. Secondly, what do they mean they don’t have our insurance information? Did they just look at the pretty card and slipped into La La Land and handed our card back? I’m a patient person so I tell the lady it’s fine and we’ll come back later. We return at night and the technicians tell us, «Oh, looks like only one went through insurance and the other didn’t so we have to reprocess the prescription and you have to wait here.» That is totally unacceptable. How can someone put one prescription through insurance and not the other? Both were placed at the same time with the exact same name and insurance information. Either they are severely incompetent or just plain stupid. We had to wait two hours for them to process the prescription that should’ve already been done two days ago. I don’t know whether their incompetence is due to bad management or laziness but something needs to be done because customer satisfaction is NOT what they are about.

This CVS is 24⁄7 so you can go in anytime and say hello!!! Within walking distance for me. Don’t forget your CVS card.
