The owner, Lanny, responded immediately to my call regarding a frozen motor on my Napoleon — propane fueled — fireplace. He changed out the motor (the fireplace is 16 years old) and also fixed the remote control clicker which allows me to turn the fireplace on and off from a distance. There was no additional charge for fixing the clicker. Excellent service.
