I have used Don several times and have found him to be nothing short of great. I would highly recommend.

I saw the negative review written in June of 2013. If you read the business owners reply you will see that he had to go to someones house for an emergency 40^th birthday party. I was the person having the party and Don really came through. I know that he also got sick the next day. So for the person who wrote the review and anybody trying to decide on whether to use Tech Genius, I can vouch that he was being honest. Don stayed at my house longer than I’m sure he expected, but he did so to get the job done right and we had music for the party. Great company!

We have had Don Ferris of Tech Genius Mobile in our home a couple of times to install and update our tv/​internet/​music system. He is a wiz on computer issues as well.
What a gem. Unlike the previous reviewer, we have found Don to be on time or a call will be placed indicating a changed arrival time. As a single tech in the field, he cannot sometimes control the time spent on any one individual call. Being the conscientious small business owner, he will stick to a job until it is finished, which might push back later appointments.
Now that his wife is handling the phones for Don, he no longer has to spend valuable field time dealing with incoming calls. Krista is perfect for this roll.
Don has an unusual breadth and depth of knowledge regarding interconnecting components (your existing or new) to make them work seamlessly in your home. We recommend Tech Genius Mobile unconditionally.

I scheduled to have some speakers installed two weeks in advance, the day of the install no one showed up. When I called to ask where they were I was given a sketchy line about how he had the flu, he sounded fine, and he was unable to come out and do the install he also said he had left a voice mail the previous day. In the voice mail however, the reason for cancellation wasn’t the flu it was an «emergency birthday party» and «extenuating circumstances». So of course by the time I received the cancellation no one else was available to do the install for another two weeks.
