My wife had the turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich and I had the cheese steak sandwich. The food was pretty darn good! Space is a little cramped but this time of year we have more visitors from out of state. I would definitely go back and want to try some of their other menu items. It’s about $ 10 per person to eat but well worth it. Very welcoming staff!

We ate at Rise on a cold day and could not sit outside. We sat indoors at a counter in a cramped corner, so it was not the experience we were looking for. However, we enjoyed our sandwiches and the service and the indoors is clean and fresh. We will return.

Oh man where to start? From the friendly staff to the unique masterpieces made with love, we are very lucky to have in our backyard. I’ve made it my mission to stop by at least once a week because I can’t seem to get enough. My FAVORITE is the DIRTY DOG which has a whole lot going on but is easily the BEST Hot Dog I have ever eaten. It’s by no means your typical hotdog with ketchup and mustard. The Dirty Dog takes Hot Dogs to a whole new level. Do yourself a favor and give RISE a try.

Tucked away in a hard to find corner of a business complex sits a great little café. I love a good breakfast burrito and a green chili pork stew and this place had both. Steak, egg, and cheese burrito was awesome and the stew comes as a side. A hidden gem in the Green Valley.
Side note, they have a great outside eating patio and the their hospitality is stellar.

I’ve tried several items at Rise and loved them all! My favorites are the green chili, the savory kolaches (sp?) and the eggplant sandwich with this amazing relish! I love that everything is made fresh with the best quality ingredients and lots of love. The owners are incredibly hard working women who have to love what they do! The décor is warm and welcoming. Prices are reasonable for the quality ingredients that are used in all their sandwiches. If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out! Go try them… Seriously… Get up and go!

I used to come get the seared steak as a salad and it was absolutely amazing. They took it off the menu now, but I do hope it comes back one day. In the meantime I will enjoy the Philly Cheese sandwich. The cheese they use is incredible. The ladies here really make sure every meal is up to par. And even though it’s not a place with table service, they bring you everything you need and ALWAYS make sure you enjoyed what they cooked. Definitely a diamond in the rough!

Amazing food and fantastic service. So good I had lunch there twice this week! Highly recommend the Turkey Avocado BLT and the Rosemary Salt Crusted Roast Beef. Nice little place for lunch. Small patio with fountain and a lemon tree. Staff recognized us and thanked us for returning. Don’t forget to try the decadent chocolate or salted Carmel cheesecake. Check them out!

A sandwich cannot RISE to greater heights than those served at RISE! Pun intended. OK here’s the hot poop from the Food Man. Walk in the front door and the Hostess, Order Taker, Cashier, Server, Busboy, that be a lady named CAT, will give you a smile as big as all outdoors and a greeting as warm as it can get.
The place is small and the sandwiches large. I had a Philly Sandwich and it was wonderful. My friend had a BLT that he devoured. We both had room left for dessert which was Lemon Cake. Yummy. Do I recommend it to GV & Sahuarita locals. You bet.
Take it from the Food Man you’ll like it.

Food is good and the service is friendly. A bit tough to find, but worth the search. They opened especially for a surprise birthday party my spouse held for me there and the food and service and price were all exceptional. I’ve had their steaks and roast pork, both delicious. They are always accommodating to special dietary needs and always friendly.
I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I had the chicken and artichoke sandwich with the cowboy salad as a side. The sandwich was made with fresh chicken breast and tasty artichoke and spinach and a magical cheese smear. The best part was the mayo. I made comment that it was delicious and owner Jennifer came out personally and told me that it was made with mayonnaise, mixed with fresh basil and fresh limes. It was mouthwatering. The cowboy salad was made with fresh corn right off the cob. Very personable service.

First, the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it is a little pricey. With that being said, I so recommend this place. The décor is very cool, the indoor covered patio is nice but the outdoor dining is delightful! The weather was perfect to sit under the trellis and enjoy the plants and running fountain! Perfect for taking a break at lunch.
As for the food, I got the Turkey Avocado BLT. At first the list of ingredients made me hesitate but all of it together, with their bread was delicious! The Italian pasta salad was yummy too! Try it out and make sure to sit outside when the weather is nice.

Very well decorated. Very clean looking place and a very comfortable atmosphere
Food:
Choose two separate sandwich and side combos. Both were excellent (Turkey Bacon Avocado and chicken salad sandwich). Very fresh ingredients. The fresh ice tea was excellent. Can’t wait to try the rest the sandwiches. :-)
Overall:
Well definitely go back. It is higher priced for a lunch but it makes sense for the freshness and taste. ($ 9 for a sandwich and a side). I would highly recommend this place.
