I just left this horrible place very unsatisfied. We sat down to eat only to have to get up and ask to reheat our food that was very cold after that i bit in to a wire found in my beef. When i asked for the manager they said she was not present. But offered me a 2.50 $ refund. …Thanks alot for a crappy lunch never going back. P. s. only giving one star cuz i had to.

Ate in for dinner here once. I ordered the Vegetable Delight, and it was fantastic. Super fresh vegetables, cooked just right. Nice and tasty, light sauce. Perfect! The rest of my family enjoyed their food as well. We had not 1, but 2 waitresses check in on us during our meal. Would have loved to stop in once more before leaving the area, but the chance to do so didn’t arise.

Probably the best restaurant in the Green Valley/Sahuarita area. Not the most amazing Chinese food in the world, but pretty darn decent.

Food is great! Nice clean place but –1 star for service. Nobody checks up on you. Servers are not even near by. We had to bother the cook/owner while she was eating her lunch to ask her for some stuff

How did this place get 3 stars? Very dirty, floors, chairs,& tables. I would never go back, they even charge you extra for white rice. Don’t they have inspectors out here

In my opinion, they’ve gone downhill. The quality of ingredients and cooking isn’t as good as it once was. Its far from terrible, but I don’t go out of my way to eat here anymore. I’d still recommend the pork mai fun, pork fried rice, and the lo mein as the better of the dishes. I hope they step it up and get back to where they use to be!

The place remains consistently good especially when you consider that it’s in a small community 30 miles south of Tucson. Been dining here for years and will continue to do so. Food is pretty much always the same. Quantities are generous. Service is good. Prices are reasonable. The facility gets a lot of traffic so it is a little worn. Still, I’ll come again.

We used to eat there frequently during our winter stays in Green Valley, but this year the quality of ingredients and preparation seems to have deteriorated. Perhaps it is new owners or cooks. Or perhaps they are just trying to increase profit. In any case, we are not going there any more.

Love this place. Good fast service and fresh food. I had the House Lo mein and my husband had the Orange Chicken. Both dishes were a 10+. If you are traveling south through Green Valley try Panda House.

Growing up in New Jersey you are spoiled with great Chinese food. Well now living here in Arizona if you want anything besides Mexican it’s hard to find. This place is the closest I have found. Good flavor, egg rolls are amazing!

If you are from New England this is the closest you will find to New England Chinese food. The family is from Boston. Never disappointed. The food is great, the staff is nice and they don’t charge me for substitutions.

Great food, good prices, and the best service in the area! You can’t go wrong at Panda House. Our server was very polite.

We frequent this restaurant a lot, both take out and dine in, always liked the food, service is usually good. Last night we went there, dined in from 7PM to a little before 8PM. While we were eating, two of the servers stared doing a major clan up, as if they were getting ready to close. This involved sweeping and mopping up around customers that were still eating. I can understand a little touch up might be needed during business hours, but not a full blown end of day clean up while people are still eating. In the mean time I’m trying to get someone’s attention to get a refill on my drink, since they were so focused on the clean up and not the customers. When it was time to leave, didn’t bother trying to get the wait staffs’ attention for the check, but just went straight to the register… I’m not obsessive about cleanliness or germ phobic, but try this experiment: sweep the floor in front of a window with sunlight streaming though it– notice how much dust is actually kicked up in the air? Would you want someone sweeping around your table while you are eating dinner at home? Then why do it at your restaurant? Recommend you pay someone extra to stay late after you close to clean up, or clean up before you open the next day.

Giving an extra star based on the fact that it’s probably the cheapest yet tasty Chinese meal around. Go for the lunch special and for $ 5 you get a good amount of food with choice of around 8 meat options, fried rice, white rice or noodles and choice of soup or wonton. I’ve been 3 times now and will be a regular now that I’ve tried. Skip the so called«buffet» and save a $ 1. You are only served once(yeah no seconds) and you get a choice of 2 meats which is around the same amount of food you get in the lunch special. Overall a nice little find for me which I recommend trying.

Service was decent. They were nice but didnt come back often to check on us. The food was decent. It was decent quality but there wasnt much flavor. I had to add a lot of soy sauce and srirracha to give it flavor. The best part was the price. Pretty much every meal was less than $ 10. Ill come back for that.

Ok second time around. Happy to see they deliver. I am an apps only girl here and have not been disappointed. The portions are enough for a meal sans rice or noodles. Friendly staff. Make sure you call ahead for take out as they get busy busy on the weekends. Faves: egg drop soup, crab Rangoon, dumplings.

This is pretty good AMERICAN-Chinese food especially for this area(that includes Tucson). The lunch buffet, lunch specials and dinner specials are a great deal and they give you a lot of food. It is hit or miss on quality and service though. For lunch, you have your choice of the buffet or table service. Lots of tables, ample dining area. Clean eating area and bathroom. Nothing fancy, not a dive either. You get a fortune cookie at the end of your meal(which is also hit or miss on staleness). I’ve been here several times. The last time I went(a few days ago) the food was excellent and so was the service. It was dinner time and I was surprised at how fresh everything tasted and how nice the service was. I wondered if it was under new management or the managers were there since the time before I went(during lunch) I vowed that it would be my last as the food seemed stale and the waitress was extremely rude(I got the luck of the draw though as the other waitstaff seemed in better spirits). I went back because my family really wanted to go. Food picks(on their good days): General Tso’s chicken — crunchy, sauce is excellent, better than any other fast american-chinese food places I’ve tried it at Won Ton soup — we love this, broth is flavorful and lots of wontons House special chow mein Potstickers — I like them steamed and the sauce it comes with is good too(usually since I’ve had a couple different sauces served with them) My family likes generic american-chinese — and they enjoy this place. So if you’re idea of chinese is a place like Panda Express — then you’ll probably like this place. and you’ll have a lot more choices. Just hope you get them on a good day. (I’d rather have authentic chinese — and they do have an extensive Chinese menu so maybe I’ll see how their more authentic dishes taste one day and will edit my review then.)

Honey Walnut Shrimp is amazing! =) No frills Chinese place. My daughter and I had lunch here a week or so ago. I’ve been in a few times before. I usually get the lunch special, where you choose a couple entrees and get an egg roll or crab puff, and soup for $ 5.95. Pretty good for the price, and very fulfilling. When you dine-in, it’s almost basically self-serve. You can go refill your drink yourself, which I don’t mind, cause the soda fountain is right there. Don’t expect much for service cause you basically get what you pay for. =) The staff is very nice and friendly. When I’m in Green Valley and wanting some Chinese food, this is where I’d go!
