Served my needs just fine! Checked in at night and the manager was very nice. I spent 4 nights here, the location was great for me as I was going back and forth from Green Valley to a hospital in South Tucson every day. Beds were very comfortable. I could hear my neighbor’s TV but solved that by having my fan on all night. Breakfast was good, not gourmet by any means but definitely enough to fill me up and it was nice not to have to worry about finding breakfast somewhere. Hotel was clean and comfortable. And the whole hotel is non-smoking(don’t understand the previous reviewer who said people with pets had to stay in a smoking room). I’d stay there again!

I won’t be staying here just because of the zero logic behind their pet policy that mandates staying in a smoking room! If that isn’t insane I don’t know what is!

The beds are like concrete and the pillows are HUGE and not like any other HIE. There is not fitness center at this hotel. Make sure you do not get a room on the south side of the building. There’s a Ford dealer next door and car alarms went off several times during the night. I had to turn the fan on high to drown out the noise. Had the«do not disturb» sign on the outer door handle and the maid still knocked at 10:10AM and asked if I was still using my room.

Average at best, it does have microwave, internet didnt work for me and lastly walls are paper thin I could hear the alarm clock from the room over from me go off for 15 min, very annoying

Nice hotel. Arrived here at midnight after an 8 hour drive from So.Cal. I think I woke-up the desk clerk but for not having a reservation I was able to check-in to a room quickly. The room I was given was good enough for a one or two night stay; a little small but it was clean and all the furnishings seemed to be in good shape. Room had a large flat-screen TV and a small fridge which was a nice touch. Very comfy bed which is what I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn’s. Decent continental breakfast in the morning with pancakes, biscuits and a pre-made egg/cheese thing along with a selection of juices. The only drawbacks were I was told the elevator was out of order *after* I’d checked-in. My room was on the second floor and luckily my wife and I were traveling light and had no problem with the stairs. Still would have been nice to have been given the option to have a room on the ground floor. Judging by the lack of the cars in the parking lot I doubt that the ground floor(or the rest of the hotel) was filled. The vending machines needed to be re-stocked and it doesn’t really seem to be within walking distance to anything other than a car wash and a Dairy Queen. Not a bad place to spend a night or two, just ask about the elevator before checking-in! LOL

Hotel rooms are ok a little small. The problem we had was the room was not cleaned properly there was urin that was not cleaned in toilet. And the pillows where obviously not laundered.
