I was happy they showed up on time but that’s it. They said the service call was $ 35, they charged me $ 60. They installed an ice maker charged me $ 129 for the part ($ 50-​$ 79 on line). Charged me $ 30 for install (acceptable). But usually the service call covers some part of the labor. Too expensive. Called them back about the service call, evidentally I was mistaken. I won’t use them again
