It’s cool they let you call ahead and all, decent haircuts… However, It is rude when you go to pay for your haircut with a credit card, and EVERYTIME the girls ask you«would you like to add a tip to the card?» Well I DID until you asked for it, what ever happened to signing the receipt and adding a tip section? It’s impolite to put people on the spot like that, and if u say yes, you have to tell them how much. What if someone can’t afford to tip much? Very disrespectful.

Bad haircut… the lady cutting my hair was on the telephone more than doing her job. My fifteen minute haircut was really two minutes because of telephone time. Will not return to this establishment. Sorry

This supercuts is like any other super cuts. I have a simple haircut and they did it fine but they screwed up my sons they forgot to round it out and the person was just plain rude to him and scared him a little bit I’m never going back there

Walked in there with son for a haircut for him. Woman had 1 client. We waited around about 10 minutes, were ignored, so we left. Customer service obviously isn’t important. No wonder they aren’t busy.
