I was at all three of Green Lake’s swimming beaches. Sunset Park beach is wide open, good for boats. Dodge Park has the best beach experience because of all the sand. Hattie Sherwood has some good sand too, both in the water and for laying out. The restrooms make changing convenient. The swimming area is large but protected and shallow, good for kids. There were lifeguards. There’s even a raft to swim out to– no diving.
