Green Lake Sub

Great sandwiches! Nice crusty bread that’s soft in the middle. Far better choice than the Subway next door!

Only open during the summer months and one of the few places to eat in existence in Green Lake, it’s hard not to want to give this place a good review. Fortunately, I can sincerely say that Sub Co is a worthy eatery and sandwich shop in the desolate area known as downtown!
Sub Co is basically the same as Sub Shop in Ripon, but different owners or something like that… it doesn’t really matter, the subs are good, as are the restaurants who make them. The french bread makes the sub, in my opinion, and the bread here is always crunchy and fresh. The veggies and meats are all good, and you will probably be licking the wrapper for crumbs and left over lettuce.
So residents, visiting FIB’s and hybrids like myself, you’ll want to grab lunch here at least once. Keep this place alive. please?!
