Mediocre food and high prices. Probably won’t be returning with other great supper clubs in the area.

The address says it all, 1979 Main St, Green Bay, Wis. The food was good, not amazing for the price, but the drinks were perfect. Plenty of classic Wisco supper club food, including bread sticks, cheese spread, liver pâté, and salad bar plus the fish fry/steaks/seafood fare. If we were to go again, I’d wear a powder blue tuxedo with a ruffled shirt. Music — Niel Diamond, Ritchie Valens, Buddy Holly.

Best business lunch in the area. Unfortunately they are only open for lunch on Tuesday and Friday. The buffet at lunch is always quick and excellent, offering time to conduct a quick business lunch away from the office. White tablecloth is a great touch that trumps the wood booths at some alternate options.

Stopped in during the week for dinner. In the bar area they offer cheese, crackers, veggies & dip as free appetizers. Bartender was very friendly. I ordered the special for the day-amaretto chicken breast over wild rice. Unfortunately it was so sweet that I couldn’t eat it! I filled up on the salad bar, which had a nice variety of choices. My friend had the Reuben which was made with real corned beef-not lunch meat. Actually there was so much meat on the sandwich that he took some of it off. Little bit pricey-$ 20 for my pressed chicken breast over rice and $ 12 for the Reuben.

Excellent supper club experience, I will say the surrounding area leaves something to be desired but that is no fault of the business. I upgraded on the french onion soup(which I think should come with bread and cheese) but the price is still so low I consider it a deal. I also did the same with the baked potato to the twice baked, which I agree is worth an up-charge. The steak was cooked to perfection, I wanted the prime rib but I showed up late in the evening and they were out. I would rather the place buy what they’ll use in a day and maybe run out instead of possibly using day old product or in some way sacrificing quality. I had an old fashioned before my meal and made to Wisconsin perfection.

Little strange how things work here? Yes, it was crowded for Friday night. I was with 2 friends so they gave us a # and Menu? and wait by the bar. 1st strange event was the solo lounge act did not do requests and I mentioned 3 popular songs of the 60’s 70’s and never heard of them. «Me and Mrs Jones by Billy Paul… Come on? Anyway we waited and got our drinks and Waitress came back to seat us and she asked for our order? 2nd strange event you order at the bar and then they seat you not the other way around? Well the food was pretty good, But will look for a new place to try next time out.

Great dinner, great service. Went in on a Tuesday night(Fat Tuesday) and things were surprisingly quiet. We all had Prime Rib and, while a bit pricey, it was perfectly cooked. Tender, flavorful, and served exactly to each persons requested doneness(ranging from medium to extra rare). Fresh, clean salad bar and great Old Fashioned’s. Great job!

Went for dinner. Service was really good. The manager made several stops at the table to check in and make small talk, which was cool. The prime rib & French onion soup were good but far from the best I’ve ever had. The after dinner ice cream drinks were really good.

I always get the baked cod. It’s very good! The salad bar is also very good(except for the lunch one, which doesn’t have too much on it). The French onion soup was disappointing. The onions were not soft or caramelized like they should be. The waitstaff and bar staff are great!

I came here one evening with my mother, not knowing what to expect. The menu items had a price range of about $ 10(burger) to $ 110(Maine lobster) — and, wait… are you kidding me? I used to LIVE on the east coast and could get two whole lobsters on the thursday special for $ 25 total! Don’t give me that«we had to import it» crap, either. So okay, you think it’s high-class, then. Well, that’s lost when our waitress isn’t particularly polite, isn’t particularly«present» when we need something from her like a refill or a salad plate cleared, and she has visible tattoos, too(which I hate mentioning, since I’m an avid tattoo collector, too, but some people wear it, and others let it wear them — she was being worn out.) We settled on a seafood platter; I don’t remember the name. But it had haddock, cod and perch. The cod was amazing, the haddock was like really cheap cod, and the perch was… I don’t remember because it was about two bites. The long green beans had almonds in them and were really good for green beans, and no, I don’t know why I ordered fries with my meal. My mother said her baked potato was great, though. We ate the salad bar, like everyone else writing a review, while we waited for our food. The salad bar is really good but it’s not AMAZING like everyone says. It’s a good fix, though, and better than most salad bars. I’m just not going to emasculate their egos over the fact that they put out a bunch of cold ingredients for us to build salads. It took a ridiculous amount of time for the food to come out, too. We ate our salads, and we both went back for a little more, and then sat around for another 15 minutes it felt like(I didn’t time it this visit but it was definitely over a 20-minute wait time.) The cod was delicious though, all 4 bites of it. Best $ 15 I ever spent on some fish. Pretty sure they charge per glass of soda, too. No free refills here!

Voted Best Supper Club in Green Bay for 2014, and it is. I have only had the privilege to eat there twice, Both times a very professional restaurant, Supper Club. My prime was good, my fillet was great, tip order Wally’s Fillet. Sides are fresh and enough for two, potato selection is endless. Most younger generation diners do not have the experience of Supper Clubs, The meal and service is outstanding and the ambiance is just great. The Wisconsin supper clubs are going by the wayside so treat your self while you can, a Great meal and a couple of drinks for you and the partner will be under 50 each and worth every dollar. Bartender Roger is a professional bar tender, again not many left around in dinner clubs. Food selection and service is what we go there for. All Excellent Tom and his crew do the dinner the supper format, apps at bar with cocktails, extensive salad bar, and courses at table to your schedule, not rushed and pushed. I real fine dinning SPOT… thanks for the great food and service
