Play Photography

I would NEVER EVER recommend Play. We set up an appointment to have my daughter’s senior pictures done in September. We had to reschedule due to a miscommunication, and that should have sent up a red flag for me. We had the pictures taken mid-​September. The shoot went so well! Steve seemed really enthusiastic about the pictures he was taking, and we were promised that we would be able to get the rights to images and that the pictures would be touched up in a creative way. The proofs were posted October 1, and then it was like Play! dropped off the face of the earth. I’ve tried contacting the studio via phone (voicemail not set up), email, facebook messages, and posts, and have not heard one response. I paid over $ 200 and have nothing except a tremendously disappointed daughter. I’m at the point where I have no choice but to pursue legal action, and I’m so disappointed that it’s come to this. If we had only received what we were promised — the pictures just needed to be touched up and put on a disc for heaven’s sake! If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would.
