This service was HORRIBLE! We hired them for our door county wedding trolley and what a mistake! The driver was rude, late, and requested to leave during our reception due to improper planning for dinner (and despite us paying for his time while gone). In addition, he decided to walk right into our reception and interrupt me (the bride) while talking to guests to tell me he needed to leave… all of this despite having provided a day of contact and phone number for all questions/​concerns. I was very disappointed in both the day of service and the main office communication. When trying to determine adjustments to scheduling closer to the event date, they started charging us more than the original quote for the original services… claiming they did not accurately bill the original service. We fully expected to pay more for additional requests and time, but when they started charging us more for what we had already paid for it became ridiculous! Don’t hire them… it’s not worth it.

They provide service to Milwaukee’s General Mitchell INTERNATIONAL Airport but cannot accommodate passengers who have flown in with a pet. It’s 2014 — get with the times.
