Great experience since day one! Tried other bike shops in GB and none treated me as well. Bought my bike in 2005 and continue to go back for tune-​ups, upgrades, etc. Great ‘little’ shop!

I have been doing business with Jeff for over 25 years now. I have outfitted myself and my family twice over in bikes and accessories and have never been disappointed nor second guessed my purchases! He has become my nearly exclusive bike and repair source (sorry Jeff, but have shopped elsewhere. .. just a couple times! Forgive me?!). Jeff and his staff are personable, knowledgeable, and just down to earth real people! They are fully capable of helping and servicing the novice looking for that first around-​the-​neighborhood bike, or for the seasoned rider who’s wheels rival the value of my personal car! Jeff knows the sport and the pastime and is a no-​pressure guy. JB Cycle is a small enough shop to be comfortable, yet with a large enough selection to make your trip there worth your while. JB Cycle (if I am not mistaken) is also the closest bike and repair shop to the Green Bay Metro («metro»? RIGHT!!!) end of the Mountain Bay Trail. Several other business nearby for food, supplies, and money will make that detour off the trail for you riders worth the jaunt! I will go as far as to offer my personal recommendation for JB Cycle if you like:

I am new to road biking for competition, the employees here were extremely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions. The prices are comparable to large bike chains. The shop was small but had a large selection of bike. I loved this small town bike shop.
