IHOP

Have not been in an IHOP in years, but really glad we stopped. Yummy chocolate chip pancakes. The turkey bacon was awesome too. Service was quick and good.

I have never had a bad meal or left hungry. Salads and pancakes are my favorite. Their specialty hot drinks (mochas and ciders) are always good, too.
Weekend mornings do get busy. But for lunch or dinner through the week, I’ve never had to wait to be seated. Friendly staff. And even though I usually always get something substituted or on the side, they never have said no or seemed put out by it.
We ordered this on our last visit:
–Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad. It was awesome and huge! I had plenty for a leftover salad tomorrow. So I would recommend getting the dressing on the side. Real bacon is on top and loads of it.
–Big Steak Omelet with a side of hash browns. Omelet was immense and very meaty. Hash browns were a little on the small side.
–3 stack of pumpkin pancakes. They are soooooo good! But I would recommend getting them topping with the cream cheese icing instead of whipped cream. They are too die for. But only seasonally available.

Last time we were at IHOP we left because there was one server who could not get to us and the manager would not help us.
Today, we and 5 other tables waited a very long time for our food and then were told the kitchen lost our tickets. When our food came out, it came out in parts rather than together.
When we asked to talk to the manager we were told he went to the bank. We said, «how convenient, he went to the bank while the restaurant is busy and he knows he has angry customers!?» One of the staff replied, «yes, he does that a lot.»
The manager is a chicken $hit who refuses to support a hard working staff.
Our last two experiences at IHOP have been awful. We will not return. We encourage the staff to seek other employment and reach out to us for references if need be.

Iced coffee is pretty good, it is a pancake place. I do say I love pancakes and the blueberry syrup is awesome also. If you are going on Sunday you want to get there before 9 am to make sure you get breakfast before lunch they do get very busy at 9 am.

Had breakfast with my family and the food was delivered quickly even though they were very busy. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Waitress was good also. Place was clean.
