Elite Quality Cleaning

We had Elite Quality Cleaning come in to do a deep cleaning before our baby was born. Bonnie was so wonderful to work with and made sure she squeezed us in to her very busy schedule to make sure it was done before my due date. Bonnie herself was present through the whole clean and they did a wonderful job!!! It is clear that everyone working with her likes their job and respects their boss. The quote was accurate. She mentioned up front that it would be more expensive than other companies, but in my opinion it was more than worth it! I’m excited to have them come back to do bi-​weekly cleanings!

I’ve been a regular client of Elite’s for around two years now & couldn’t be more pleased. The ladies do a thorough & professional job of cleaning to my preferences & expectations. They’re reliable & timely, trustworthy & very personable. They’re always very friendly towards me, my kids & pets. Elite may be pricier than other services around GB, but there’s a reason for it (see above). I tried three others before finally finding Elite Quality Cleaning. There’s no comparison — Elite all the way!

My mom was sick in the hospital over the summer and I hired this company to clean her 700 square foot rental property. They told me that the rate would be $ 23/​per hour which sounded reasonable, thinking they would send one person and have the job done in 5 hours or less. They ended up sending four cleaning people who were there for almost 6 hours and in the end the bill was over $ 700 and I should add that laundry was not included since my mom had decided she could at least handle this much on her own. I live in one of the largest cities in the U.S. and have had my entire 1500 square foot house cleaned for $ 150 or less so this to me was completely absurd. They did clean the windows which maybe cost around $ 100-​$ 150, but this does not justify the total cost of $ 700. This company is clearly taking advantage of people and I would never use them again.

I recently moved out of my apartment in Green Bay, which I’d lived in for 3 years. Being a regular traveler who left the apartment unattended for extended periods, the place had accumulated more than its fair share of dust and was not in pristine condition. To make a long story short, I was busy enough with moving out of the area, and didn’t feel like doing a rigorous move-​out cleaning myself.
E.Q.C. was one of several cleaning companies I contacted for a price quote. When I met with the owner for a consultation, she told me bluntly, «We aren’t the cheapest, but I guarantee we’re the best,» and agreed to reimburse me for any of the security deposit I didn’t get back. Considering my landlords’ purported rigor for withholding security deposits, I was doubtful.
However, E.Q.C. lived up to their promises and did a great job, quite quickly, and I was almost shocked to have my full security deposit returned. For the record, while they were more expensive than some of their competitors, I didn’t find their fee to be extravagant by any means. I’d recommend them to any friend who needs a quality move-​out cleaning.
