Pretty good people in here. Ryan is especially helpful and professional. I liked his creative ideas and his willingness to listen to what I wanted. He showed me choices that guided me in finding the perfect rings, without being pushy. I have also gone back to him for refitting and cleanings. Very reasonable. Great shop overall.

The people in this place were so rude when I brought in jewelry I wanted to sell it was ridiculous. The moment I walked in the girl working wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I told her why I was there. The second lady that came out of the back area looked at me and basically told me to leave and she had no use and didn’t want they stuff I was trying to sell. I will never go back and urge others not to either.

I took a ring in to be resized and they did a wonderful job. I’ve worked with them for several other pieces since then. Great customer service and a very nice selection plus they do custom work as well. Outstanding prices as well.
