Easily the best restaurant in Green Bay. I’ve gone here with family and friends countless times and they never fail to exceed expectations. The owner is an incredibly friendly and humble person, and will do whatever it takes to satisfy your needs. Without a doubt, if you haven’t been here yet, you need to go whenever you have the chance.

Great service, great variety of small plates in the lounge. Love the artisan cheese platter and they make a great old fashioned. Be sure to check out the happy hour specials!

This is a chic little place downtown. I love that they have valet parking – it makes me feel like I am in the City(you know, THAT City). I went on a Tuesday when they offer small plate specials. I can’t pick a favorite because it was all amazing. The wine list is fantastic too.

Chefusion is OMG delicious. We found this place by luck while traveling on a business trip. The place was a few blocks from our hotel and when we drove by it I pointed it out saying it looked like a good place to eat. We definitely recommend it. The place is very elegantly decorated inside and the lights are very dim, making it a very romantic setting. We started out with a rice ball appetizer in a carbonara sauce which was heavenly. We opted for the small plate portions for our entrees which truthfully seemed like a full serving. They have a small plate 3 course menu for $ 25 and it is well worth the value. You have a choice of various soups, salads or mussels, a choice of a small plate main entrée and dessert. We had the filet crostini and the chicken piccata. Both were delicious but we were unable to finish the portions. My friend was unable to finish eating she was so stuffed. She took her brownie desert to go and it looked decadent. I had a warm lemon cake with ice cream that was outrageous to say the least. Our waiter Jim was fantastic. He took much pride in the food presentation and explaining the menu and the sample the chef sent us to try, with his complements. Jim was very warm and friendly and is to be commended for his spectacular waiting skills. It was as if he were performing.

Great ambiance; great service; great food. I concentrated on the small plates selections. The chopped salad with walnuts and blue cheese was well balanced and delicious. The crab cake was a generous size and tasty. The risotto with beets and asparagus was a little bland, but not bad. I will definitely visit again, and will recommend.

Went to Chefusion for the first time last night. Way beyond my expectations. The service, food quality, atmosphere, and value were top notch. The three-course meal had plenty of options, and at only $ 27, the value was off the charts. The bacon wrapped«tater tots» were a great appetizer. The next time we are in Green Bay for a Packer game, we are definitely going back!

EVERYTHING was exceptional. Seriously. I am a very adventurous foodie and will try anything, and my husband is a relatively picky burger-and-fries kind of guy. We both LOVED our food. He ordered the Les Fusion Tournedos(petit filets with mushroom gravy & shrimp served with a delicious potato ‘hat’). I ordered the Ultimate Mac and Cheese with lobster in it. We both had ‘salads’(very creative twist here but I’ll let you see for yourself). The meal was served with bread, olive tapenade, hummus, olive oil /vinegar, and fruit sorbet palate cleanser between salad and entrée. We ordered make-your-own beer flights to drink from a surprisingly generous number of craft beers. Jolie was our server and she was so nice, knowledgable about the menu and beers, and very attentive without hovering. The chef came out to talk to us and tell us about specials and the lounge upstairs(a whole other venue that is equally impressive). Live music was playing upstairs — it was just a perfect night. Free valet parking too!(Rare to non-existent in Green Bay). We were too stuffed to eat dessert but they graciously packed some for us to go. I can’t wait to try the Lemon Butter cake and Ultimate Brownie drizzled with caramel.

Holy cow was Chefusion impressive. The day I got to Wisconsin I was told to try the cheese curds and frozen custard, never in a million years would I have expected a restaurant like this. It wasn’t a meal it was an experience. Each course was great and the waiter was amazing. I truly don’t know how people can even get to the dessert part and still be hungry, I could only have a few bites of the lemon cake but it was great. The waiter brought out some unexpected items to try and when one of the people in our party had an issue with undercooked veggies they fixed the issue right away. The lounge upstairs was very cool, probably a little more my speed then the fancy dining room but either way this is definitely one of the nicest experiences I’ve had, and was impressed with Wisconsin as a whole based on this experience.

Defiantly five start dining. The flavors are very well layered and complex. The variety and choice of food made it very difficult choose just one dinner. The small plate was more than enough for me and would not say I’m a light eater. You can choose ala cart or a three course meal. You can eat elegant down stairs or move up stairs to a lounge type atmosphere. It is the best restaurant I have eaten at in Green Bay. I’ll be back to try more.

Excellent dinner. The modern Caesar salad and lobster bisque were both done to perfection. Main courses included a 6oz prime rib with potato and bearnaise was delicious. There were oysters available so we had a dozen on those too. Clearly the chef has a vision and judging by the past pictures on this site, he is constantly redefining his craft. Special mention to our server Ross who took the time to review the menu and made us comfortable with our selections. For dessert, the lemon butter cake was amazing to share. We try to visit something different every time we come to Green Bay but we would be fools not to come here again. Am sorry I did not have room to try the poutine dish. Next time!

It’s a swanky little restaurant that makes classic dishes with a gourmet flair. The attire is casual, which is a bit surprising for a place this nice, but it’s refreshing to get great food in an unpretentious place. The foie gras meatballs are worth the guilt that comes with eating force fed duck liver(sorry poor duck). The drink menu(though I didn’t partake) has all of the classic drinks. Overall, there’s probably not a better place to grab dinner in Green Bay.

Excellent food, 3 course gourmet meal for $ 40 and a $ 20 pitcher of Sangria — can’t beat it! We ate upstairs in the lounge area with music. The staff was knowledgeable and service was prompt. Overall it was an awesome experience and I will be going back often!

One of the best places in Green Bay. I have never ate down stairs as it is a tad expensive. If you go on a Thursday they have great discounts on food and drinks that make it less expensive. You will want to sit upstairs to get the good deals. I really like their small plate options as you can get one or two with bread service for a complete meal. They have excellent soup and salad options. Lastly, they have a extensive drink menu to choice from. I love the martini’s!

This place is phenomenal! Great atmosphere, food was very well prepared, waiter was helpful but not overbearing and very professional, live jazz(hard to find around here). My new favorite place in the Green Bay Area. Check it out!

Love the seafood and wild game ! The mussels are my favorite and my husband always gets the venison and whatever else the chefs special is !!! Their house flavored vodkas are fantastic ! If you are up for more casual head upstairs to the lounge !

I met a friend upstairs for drinks and appetizers. These were all a little expensive, but good. Though the portion sizes were small. I used the valet parking, which I thought was a great option. Not so great it turns out. When I received my car back, my jacket was missing and there was a slice in my convertible’s roof. Apparently the lot they use to park vehicles is not secure as it should be. I would recommend parking on the street, as you will at least deter theft due to the traffic and visibility.

I’ve had the opportunity to eat at most of the upscale restaurants Green Bay has to offer. Compared to those, I would say this restaurant is good but not the best. We ate at the bar upstairs and it was easily $ 40 tab each. We had the three course small plates dinner(I chose filet mignon crostini) and a drink each. I wasn’t terribly impressed and that surprised me because many people sing the praises of this place. It just felt like it wasn’t a good value for money. I do want to try again because perhaps I caught a bad night. Our service was great and I really really appreciated the valet service.

This place is the best! Wife and I visit the upstairs frequently. The small plates are awesome and diverse. We love the quesadillas but have tried pretty much everything. Happy hour is awesome, 4 – 6 pm daily. $ 3 off small plates and drinks. Drinks are great as well. Again, very diverse. I haven’t eaten downstairs yet but would like to at some point. Check it out. Bottom line… it’s worth it
