What a great time! It’s not often when you go to training seminars where you spend most of your time laughing while you learn. She has excellent information that is shared in a positive motivational way. I am always quick to sign up for any event that features this Rockstar Industry Professional.

Several years ago, I had Toni Blake come for a staff retreat to help train my apartment leasing teams in customer service and leasing. Since then we have had her back to train, as well as emcee an 20 year anniversary party for one of my collegues!
Before one of the training events, Toni actually visited each of my leasing offices to evaluate the teams and work to tailor her presentation to my company’s needs.
Toni is personable, funny and relateable to all team members (for the apartment industry, that includes management executive, leasing office staff and maintenance staff). Her presentations are engaging and relevent. Toni’s enthusiasm is infectious and energizing.
Toni works hard to keep her information new and original… something our industry has a difficult time doing as a group!
