Dr. Richter and his team are so wonderful! They are very positive and pleasant and make you feel incredibly welcome. They have super convenient hours and will work with your schedule. Dr. Richter is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met and Bonnie, Marissa, and Leisha are so knowledgable and helpful! If you are looking for a doctor and staff who pride themselves on customer service and you want THE best results and to feel valued and not like you are just a number– this is the place to go!

We chose Dr. Richter for our two sons because he was close to our house, because he was highly recommended and because he would work with both of our insurances. Every time we went there, we were always greeted by the nicest people. Lori and Sheri are two amazing people that will bend over backyards for you in getting you a schedule, a call back or anything you need. It was always a great feeling also to know that Dr. Richter was always there to guide his staff and give you a warm welcome every time. He is very active with his patients and knows the patients, and family members, by first name.
What solidified our happiness with Dr. Richter was when our son was in a tragic dirt bike accident and Dr. Richter went out of his way to visit our son at Craig Rehab and sent us weekly texts asking how he is doing. What ortho does that? Now, after his recovery, Dr. Richter is working with our son to get those teeth readjusted after the accident. This is the most personable ortho you will EVER find in Greeley. Don’t go anywhere else… you will regret it! :)

We have two daughters who both needed braces. Dr. Richter was highly recommended by our friends. However, because the skill of the orthodontist would determine our daughters’ smiles for the rest of their lives and the fact that our insurance did not cover any of the cost, we wanted to really do our research before making such an important (and expensive) decision. We live in Windsor. So we looked at orthodontists in Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. In the end, we looked at six different orthodontists and met with four of them. Ultimately, we chose Dr. Richter and are very glad we did.
From the beginning, Dr. Richter was very personable and professional (as was his staff). He always took the time to meet with us and answer any questions we might have. Plus, he is a perfectionist. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and it shows. Now our daughters both have beautiful smiles!
We have since recommended him to all of our friends, even the ones who live in Fort Collins because we feel that it’s worth driving a little farther to get outstanding results.
