The people in this store are inept and rude. Back in April, I purchased a pair of nylon jaw beading pliers. They were defective, so I took them back. They wouldn’t give me my money back or even give me a replacement set, but kept them and said they would get a replacement tip in for me. So they’ve had these pliers since April — it is now August and they still haven’t done anything to replace them. Today when I went into their store, prepared to spend $ 75 – 100 for leather making products, and to find out about the pliers, the salesperson said he didn’t believe me about the pliers. He called me a liar to my face. Rude SOB. So for $ 10 set of pliers, this store has lost me as a customer FOREVER! I could NEVER recommend this store to anyone.
