Mountain States Karate/​International Blackbelt Academy has been awesome for my kids. They are welcoming and make the kids feel like part of the family from the begining. The kids have to EARN even their white belt with acts of kindness and enthusiasm. They focus on community service and individual accomplishment with the more advanced kids always offering help to the new kids. The instructor, Mr, Denning inspires the kids and focuses on safety, respect and self-​defense while having tons of fun. We are proud to be new members of the IBBA/​Mountain States Karate family. It is also a family affair with adult classes in kempo karate and jujitsu. What a great way to get fit and connect as an entire family! You have to try it out! The first 2 classes are FREE!
