Quiet and pleasantly dim lit atmosphere. Big selection of American food, some of which is pretty unique. I ordered ribs and fried Mac and cheese. It was good. Just couldn’t bring myself to give 5 stars because I lived in Missouri for 15 years. I’ve been spoiled on some of the best ribs in the country. I will visit this place again though. Not a lot of dessert selections but what they have is great. The service was both friendly and quick.

Having a melt in your mouth amazing Thanksgiving meal here! Perfectly seasoned. The staff is friendly the snow is falling and it is everything I had hoped for. You nailed it with the buffet! #feelingthankful

This place has so much potential if they just had better employees that seemed to care about their job. The presentation of my dinner didn’t even look appetizing, nevertheless taste any good. Will never be back. Yuck!

I’ve run into quite a few people who have worked here over the last couple of years. They all boast about how fantastic the food is and how I was missing out that I hadn’t given it a try yet. I finally went in last week, and well, it’s awful. Both my wife and I’s food was overcooked — burnt, really. Just seems like the kitchen just doesn’t care. The server didn’t really seem to care when we informed her of the charred-nature of the food, either. Really disappointing because I had heard nothing but good things about this place.

Wow, worst food I’ve had… ever. Burnt mushroom something. Terrible service and long wait. When we walked in we wondered why such a pretty place was kinda empty. I now know why.

Not impressed, steak was not cooked at my temp I wanted. Speakeasy down stairs(same owner) is great.

Recently been going to Moodys almost every week for a meeting and enjoy it every time… I guess that’s why we keep going every week! The food is solid: good flavors, interesting options. My favorite is the tomato soup with the beautifully browned puff pastry. OMG! HAVETHESOUP! Besides which the manager remembers us, always says hello and checks in. Good guy.

The manager there is a TOTALDICK! If you like overpriced food and a bad attitude from the person in charge, this is your place! Definitely didn’t seem like they wanted my money. I’m sure it will be closed soon anyway with the constant rotation of mediocrity in downtown Greeley.

I would give them 3.5 if it was an option. I was surprised being in Greeley they only had one steak option besides prime rib and it was covered in mushrooms. However, my husband enjoyed it. I liked my aspen burger and the service was great. Good value.

A great addition to downtown Greeley. Nice atmosphere, the manager is great, and the food is pretty good and priced well, too!

Writing a review after our second visit to Moody’s to say… we love it! The first time we were here the service was a little slow. But after a couple bites of fried mac n cheese, all was forgiven. Ah-mazing stuff that would impress in Foco, nevermind our sleepy little city. Our second visit tonight was complete with great service, another helping of fried mac n cheese and duck & lobster street tacos. We signed up for their free rewards program n instantly received an offer for buy one get one 50% off entrees. So next up I want to try their lobster pot pie! Thank you Moody’s! So glad to have you in our area!

Sorry to say, this place didn’t live up to the expectation. When we arrived, it seemed clean and spacious, but a little on the plain-jane side. The menu appeared to have some exciting options — Oaxacan Street Tacos of carnitas, duck, and lobster, ahi tuna nachos, etc. We ordered mostly appetizers because they looked good — the tacos(one of each kind), the ahi tuna nachos, a cup of creamy potato soup with poached salmon, and the missus ordered the mushroom burger. About the only«great» thing was the soup — pretty good. The Ahi Tuna nachos were good, and an interesting twist. The tacos — all three varieties — were not so good. They were absolutely *buried* in goo sauce — whether it was a sour cream, mayonnaise, poblano poop, or what, I couldn’t tell. All I could tell is it was TOOOOO much and very gross. Didn’t finish them. The wife couldn’t stand her mushroom burger — ate about two bites, then picked at it. It just didn’t work for her. In her words, the demi-glaze, onions and havarti didn’t offset the mushroom right. It needed more. Visually, I didn’t find it appealing. It looked like pureed mushroom with burger filler, topped with a green sauce. Really bummed. Wanted to like the food more. I’d like to give them a second chance, but– with so many options downtown — I don’t know how long it will be before I get back. Service was friendly and efficient though. I liked the ambiance well enough, but my wife definitely wasn’t keen on this place.

Great food and classy atmosphere with friendly wait staff. Our food took longer than normal because our waitress was new, which wasn’t an issue for us at all. They were very apologetic and even have us a free dessert even though we told them it wasn’t a big deal. Plan on holding business meetings here regularly.

Good food at reasonable prices, unlike some of the newer american/bistro places that overcharge. Definitely worth it.

Really great service and food! The burgers are awesome! There is plenty of variety offered on their menu as well. Definitely adding this to the list of favorite places to dine while in Greeley.

Still in the ‘growing pains’ transition. Food took 40 minutes to arrive. Order got mixed up and we were there over an hour before corrected. Didn’t taste that good and priced too high for what it is. Will try again after they get the bugs worked out.

The food was just ok. Nothing special. The server screwed up our order and brought out a seafood pasta instead of a salad that we ordered. The soup was bland and the only difference between the Soup of the day and the bacon salmon potato soup was bacon and salmon added to the soup of the day. By the time the salad was brought to us everyone else in our party was done with their food. I only gave it 3 stars because the ambiance was nice and it has potential.

What a great addition to the downtown Greeley lunch/dinner scene! The menu is an eclectic but fun combination of traditional and adventurous. Give the fried macaroni balls a go, you won’t be disappointed. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and well trained for such a new restaurant. Can’t wait for spring, the outdoor patio area looks like it will be a great place to see and be seen over a nice cold beverage.
