I use this location because frankly it’s the best of the worst. Uhaul and it’s franchisees have always been hit or miss when it comes to customer service and this location doesn’t do anything to change that perception. From the gentleman who perpetually looks like someone pissed in his cereal to the long wait times… I can only say that there are worse uhaul locations. Edited to add… would be nice to have a small waiting area with a chair or two for those of us getting hitches installed… instead of standing under an overhang in the rain for over an hour.
