We went there last night for a birthday. I ordered my Prime Rib($ 20.99) RARE, because I was afraid if I said Medium Rare, it would be medium. My sister-in-law ordered her steak MEDIUM My Prime Rib was CLEARLY medium, and the waitress said she thought it didn’t look red enough. I HATE bringing back food because it ruins everyone’s evening. She told me that it would be RIGHT out, unfortunately that was 20 minutes later and my family was FINISHEDEATING at this point. By the way, my sister-in-laws food was RARE. I told them to grab me a box BEFORETHESTEAKEVENGOTTHERE— three seconds later my steak came. So I took a now-COMPLETELY RAW steak home. I Waitressed for 8 years, and if something like that happened, I would have at least offered something off the bill – deeply apologized or something — , and I wouldn’t of accepted it anything off— but there was no sorry’s, NO Manager, no nothing at the end when she handed me my BOX and MYBILL at the same time! Are you kidding me??? This place sucks, if you’re going to make a mistake own up to it, and if you’re a steak place, learn how to cook a F@#$*INGSTEAK.

I have been here a few times. When it’s busy and not busy, and NOMATTERWHATTHESERVICEALWAYSSUCKS and someone’s order gets screwed up. The food is over priced, over rated, and sucks. Go across the street to Outback.

Worst service! I ordered the new yummy pineapple coconut margarita and I was given the shaker and a dirty glass with no ice when I complained I was given a clean cup with ice NOGARNISH clearly they don’t care about presentation. Our Spicy Chili calamari Han no sauce on it and thus is our favorite appetizer EVER!!! Waiter took forever was unapologetic and so was the manager. I will never go to this restaurant again!

First Trip in 2013 4 of us seated, waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken 3 out of 4 of us Order Prime rib and we decided on a appetizer. After 20mins our server returns to tell us they are our of prime rib. So. we ask for menu’s and select our new meal. Shortly thereafter the server returns to let us know they were also out of the appetizer we ordered… how did it take soooo long to discover you are out of a popular appetizer. I Vowed not to come back. Second Trip, March 5, 2016 Came here to «celebrate» my moms bday by honoring her favorite dish. There was an hour long wait. We hung out in the bar for about 10 mins and then we were able to commandeer a high top table. I got the Prime rib with a lobster tail. Hubby got the Ribeye with a side of shrimp as well as an appetizer. Food and service all great! Third trip, March 26, 2016 Ribeyes for 3 of us were great! Brother ordered chicken tenders and fries. They were out of ketchup, in the entire restaurant!!! The manager can’t run over to wegmans? No one noticed they were running low in this establishment? Seriously? Also our server was a super space cadet…

I went there the other night and it was awful. The service was not good and the management was atrocious. We waited 45 minutes for our food and I still had to send my steak back. Overall, I would not recommend.

Thanks Phill and Selena We appreciate you making it all better thanks for offering to cover our appetizers and tolerate my special orders! We waited a bit but it wasn’t bad and got to enjoy the drink specials with friends and family! I’ll be back yum!

First tried Long Horn when they opened on West Ridge Rd. I was very impressed and have been there several times since. The food is always very good and the service excellent. My neighbor’s have now tried it and love it, also.

Very good price for steak especially when I’m bringing a date. But the real question is do they even have a grill? I could tell the steak was cooked in a pan. The steak was ok, the artichoke dip was delicious, and I did enjoy the sweet potato I’ll be back

We had a party of 7 on a Saturday night about 7 pm… everything about that says… dont do it. We were told there would be a 60 to 90 minute wait. If it had just been us 2, we would have sat at the bar. So a few of us decided to sit at the bar while we waited. They were busy and you just have to be patient if you choose to eat out at this time of day with a large party! We ordered the pretzels as an appetizer and they were good. Amanda was our bartender and she was great. I ordered the Flo Filet with shrimp. My husband ordered the Ribeye with the mac n cheese. Atmosphere is casual and good for families or groups.

My family and I went to this restaurant around 8:30 on a Friday night. We were seated quickly even though they seemed fairly busy. Our waiter was quick to acknowledge us and take our drink order. We were very hungry and when our food arrived, we weren’t disappointed. Everything was delicious from the steaks, to the French fries, and even the complimentary bread. We were all very impressed with our meals. Our waiter made sure our drinks were always filled and we wanted for nothing. I guess my only complaint would be the location of our table, right outside the bathrooms. We had a steady stream of people parading in and out of the bathrooms the whole time. I can overlook it because everything else was so good. Besides, somebody has to sit there I guess.

I had the T-Bone and it was cooked just the way I ordered it. The baked potato was on the small side. The order took quite a while to come out which was surprising since it was not all that busy. My bloody mary was empty a few minutes in and I was never offered another. My wife had the prime rib and she liked her as well. The stuffed mushrooms were not that great.

I had never been to this chain before but a vendor suggested it for a business lunch and it was nearby our offices. It was pretty quiet on a bitterly cold day. I did like the interior space and atmosphere. The server was very friendly and accommodating and apologized a number of times for some minor mistakes made by the kitchen. My $ 9 combo was decent — the shrimp/lobster chowder was super hot though a touch bland and the shaved prime rib sandwich was good but dry. Fortunately the waitress suggested some au jus which helped a lot. Everyone else got salads which they said were good. Overall a good experience but not sure I would rush back for dinner given there are plenty of great non-chain restaurants around town…

My wife and I went here to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We had a gift card so we thought we would give it a try. I was already in a very good mood given the occasion, and pretty interested in checking this place out. The décor is very nice and has a western theme. It was larger inside than I had anticipated. Our Server greeted us very soon after we sat down and I ordered a Montana Mule, which is Bourbon, ginger and lime, and it was delicious. The menu is very well thought out. They give detailed descriptions of the different types of steak and how to order the way you want it cooked. We both had Flat Iron steaks. One with mashed potato and one with sweet potato. Our salads came quickly and were very good. The steak and potato were cooked to perfection and we enjoyed them immensely. For desert we shared a Caramel Apple Gold rush, which is apple pie with ice cream, bourbon caramel,(again with the Bourbon, I know) and raspberry sauce. On your bill they show you 15%, 18%, and 20% of your total to use as a guideline for your tip. The service, atmosphere, and the food were all very, very good. We’ll definitely go again.

I don’t know why there are say low and poor reviews. This place is awesome. The service is always good. I haven’t ever had a bad server here. Friendly staff also. Every time I come I get a steak. Steak is always delicious and perfectly cooked. The sides are always good and so are the drinks. It’s rare I give out 5 stars unless I really enjoy the place more then 2 times. I’ve been here dozens of times acutally. I recommend coming here. Like I said food and drinks are great and I like it way better then the steak place across the street.

Not bad for a chain restaurant, Good Service and atmosphere. High-quality steaks decent portion sizes and full of flavor. Reasonable pricing and decent value. Not just steaks on their menu, salmon, chicken and a good selection of outstanding burgers too. We enjoy each and every visit to the Longhorn steakhouse. Job well done…

Came here at 8:45. Very light crowd. Had to ask three times for clean silverware, after getting 2 sets with chunks. Third set I finished cleaning with spit and napkin. Staff all seemed far more intent on socializing or on phones than customer service. Ordered the outlaw ribeye medium rare and BKed Potato with sour cream. Steak arrived looking ok. Turned out to he well done and chemically tenderized. Baked potato was nearly a brick it was so dried out. The steak was at least half fat, I think the cow needed to have been on Jennie Craig! I gotta remember to avoid this chain

I have not been to a LongHorn since I left Ohio years ago, so naturally I was excited to find out that there was one located in Greece. However, it definetly seemed different from the last LongHorn I used to visit, but it wasn’t overall terrible. It was very over-packed when I arrived, therefore I ended up standing while having to wait for a table which somewhat bothered me but compared to other steakhouses, iut wasn’t that long. I ordered a sirlon and it was a good piece of meat but nothing that excited me greatly. Overall, the place is you average steakhouse with an ok atmosphere. Would I go back? Only with friends but never alone.

We have tried to come here several times around dinner time but it has always been really packed and the parking lot is really tiny in the front. There used to be a lot of parking in the rear but then LA Fitness decided to open up and now that parking lot is swamped. Anyway, we have been here several times. My dad, my fiancée, and her mom enjoy steakhouses so we come here on occasion. Located in a busy plaza that includes Chipotle, Hess, and LA Fitness in a very cramped parking lot, you enter a rustic hunting cabin style of restaurant. There are wood beams and planks everywhere with various animal heads and southwestern décor. Antler chandeliers adorn the ceilings. The full bar is located to the right of the restaurant, adjacent to the waiting area. The midsection and left side of the place is dining with tables and booths. I think this place can comfortably seat around 100 patrons, but don’t quote me on that number. So the menu is centered on various cuts of cow. Filet, sirloin, ribeye, prime rib, porterhouse, etc… I don’t really like the flavor of beef so I usually get the one that has sauce, bacon, and an egg on top. My fiancée likes the prime rib. I’ve also had their filet, porterhouse, salmon, and several other entrees. All of them are pretty good. Perhaps a little overseasoned for my taste(especially in the salt department), but then again, I never use salt in my cooking. There are also baby back ribs, chicken in various ways, and salads. I’ve had some of their appetizers as well, including the jalapeño shooters and fried artichokes. The shooters were a little disappointing. You only get 3 and the jalapenos weren’t even spicy. The spicy artichokes also have fried bell peppers and are quite tasty, but it was a dinky portion. The service has been pretty good the few times we’ve been here. Most of the time, they are good about refills for our beverages and bringing the bread right after we order. The bread is so good. I think it’s some sort of grain bread that has actual grains on the bread. It’s delicious. And they also serve real butter. So of course, I have to eat all of it. Anyway, I don’t have much gripe about the service. They do a good job. So why am I only giving this 3 stars? First, it’s simply subjective. I’m partial to how I cook, especially compared to this restaurant. Second, the appetizers were rather scant. Third, the location sucks. Good luck getting a parking spot around dinner time. Overall, not a bad place to eat. The service is good, the food is decent, but make sure you come on an off time or call ahead to get your name on the waiting list, which can exceed 45 min around 6:30pm.

its funny. When you go to a small place and wait and wait people all complain and say it was horrible. party of 7. Once seated we waited for probably another 40 minutes before being served. I ended up ordering my food to go so I could leave with the baby… Another 20 minutes the salad wasn’t out. I left and the rest stayed. RIDICULOUS! But everyone says this place is awesome and everything is fantastic. NOT!!!
