Great experience overall. Staff was courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. I was in and out of my MRI in 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Came in early for a CT scan, then almost 2 hours later still not taken in, with a waiting room that wasnt full. I would not come here ever again.
Parking situation is pittiful as well to top it off.

The service that I just received at as a patient is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I waited 50 minutes before being taken in because THEY didn’t realize they had my paperwork. I went in for an MRI of my knee, my fiancé was walking in with me the nurse said he couldn’t come in. Okay fine maybe it’s the radiation I understand. She makes me take off my knee sleeve, and she’s standing there watching me struggle take off my shoe and sleeve. Instead of asking if I needed help, she watched me struggle for about 10 minutes. Then she makes me take off my insulin pump on my arm, when I told her I couldn’t not have insulin for 30 – 40 minutes, she said then I can’t have the MRI. I took off my pump and began to take off my rings and jewellery and she said I could leave it on??? She takes me to the MRI and there’s a chair for someone who is waiting, and one for the patient. She only puts my leg into the machine and none of my other body parts… So why did I need to take off my insulin pump, something that I NEED for my TYPE ONE diabetes. I will never recommend anyone to come here!
