Ofra and Marta are true professionals! They will make you feel welcomed and are very considerate. They’ll call you a day before your appointment and there’s hardly a wait time once you arrive. Pricing is honest and there’s no pressure. You will basically become addicted after going here. If you’re looking for a place you can trust, I would recommend this place.

I have been going to New York Laser Aesthetics for about 3 years. I truly love them. Ofra and Martha are both great. It’s clean, top laser equipment, and friendly. I usually do my face and bikini and I never had an issues. I been to two other laser places; one had the outdated laser machine where they first place a cooling gel on you and then laser which wasn’t a pleasant feeling and the other laser spot was thru Groupon. There were no interaction there and I didn’t like my results either and had to redo it at New York Laser Aesthetics. At New York Laser Aesthetics everything is great. Martha and Ofra are always calling to confirm appointments, talking to me while being lasered, and they have a dual machine with a cooling hose while being lasered so it’s painless. I’m not the lightest color but, so far their laser has shown results on my hair. Whenever Im doing the bikini laser, Martha is sooo patient with me and makes sure I’m okay and that it doesn’t hurt! I recommend this place and the prices aren’t bad. You get a discount for touch ups after six times ! You pay for what you get, and I sure did get a good deal. Thanks Martha and Ofra!

I had a very positive experience at NY Laser Manhasset. Ofra welcomes you into her very pretty office, sits you down and explains your treatment to you in a very professional yet warm manner. You are then brought into the treatment room where Marta expertly performs your treatment. A follow up phone call is made a few days later to see how you are doing.
I had brown sun spots lasered on my hands, arms and legs. There was minimal discomfort and I had great results. I am a repeat customer and plan on returning for future treatments.

Very thankful for their for their services and kindness! I was originally very nervous and apprehensive about the idea of laser hair removal; however, due to hormonal imbalances and a medical condition I had a considerable amount of facial hair – and as a female in her 20’s it wasn’t something I wanted to deal with any longer. I found New York Laser through the internet and made a phone call to them. I had questions about the procedure and whether or not I was an eligible candidate for it. Instead of forcing me to make an appointment, I was given the chance to come in for a free consultation, meet the staff, and ask questions. Ofra spoke with me and explained the process to me; showing me an illustrated chart of hair follicles and the process it takes over time to kill the hair follicle and stop hair from continuing to grow. She also showed me the machine and explained how it worked by testing it on me with my arm. She explained that they had a six-​treatment package and then every treatment after that would be half price. I came in for my six treatments, once a month, and after each treatment I saw the hair on my chin, upper lip, and sideburn areas diminish in thickness and darkness. I used to wake up every morning to new growth and now it takes several days to notice the same amount of growth. I am extremely happy with the results as well as the kindness and professionalism of Ofra and Marta. They always greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable and not as self-​conscious as a result of my new «less hairy» appearance. I will continue to have treatments until the hair no longer comes back at all, but for now I am more than happy with the dramatically diminished hair and the great results!

Hello again all… I am back to report on my experience!
So far, I have had four laser hair removal treatments, and they have all been as wonderful as the first. As a matter of fact after my first treatment, I extended my bikini line area to a half Brazilian and have been doing that ever since. I am already considering another additional area on the back of my neck. I have always been too self conscious to wear my hair in a ponytail because I have such a bad hairline on the back of my neck.
Anyway, as for the Brazilian area, I’ve had NOT ONE ingrown hair since I began these treatments months ago!!! I’ve had almost no regrowth, besides a few (really– like 8) strands of hair in random places down there– but that is normal since your hair grows in cycles. Those hairs were dormant until now, but they will get the ‘zap’ during my next treatment. I’ve also allowed a little extra time pass between appointments just to make sure there was no regrowth and there wasn’t. This treatment truly works. My only suggestion is to avoid going for laser treatment within the few days before your period. Apparently your body is MUCH more sensitive then, and it may not be as comfortable. It wasn’t the worst, but it was better all the other times.
This was the absolute BEST decision of my life and worth every last cent. I do not have to shave anymore… ever! My «lower-​lady area» requires no maintenance now. Ladies… did you hear that!!! Go to New York Laser and sit down with Ofra. She is very knowledgeable and her super friendly assistance Marta is well versed in this field. Tell them you read Emily’s Ad! :)

**I WROTE THAT REVIEW 2 MONTHS AGO** my hair grew back! (started last month) i called the all mighty OFRA, and told her i was upset after spending almost $ 900 on 6 sessions, that a month later my hair had grown back, she said it was bc of my hormones, and my age, and my skin color, (EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK BASICALLY?)etc…then she tried to get more money from me. my opinion of how she runs her business and how she relates to the customer after she has gotten what she wants has CHANGED. and i am definitely unhappy with my results. i understand hair will grow back! but NOT a month later. UNHEARD OF.
