Metro Flowers Decorators

Came in around 7:00 pm on a Saturday and the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was the day before Valentines Day and very helpful. They asked what my budget was and worked with it. They made a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Just want to say thank you to Adrian and the staff at Metro for the beautiful arrangements they made for us at Aristocrat Plastic Surgery and MedAesthetics. Our holiday party looked so festive!

I went here to get a corsage for prom and it did not disappoint! I got a white mini rose corsage and it was so beautifully made! They added 5 flowers plus a beautiful white satin ribbon. My friends also ordered they’re corsages there and it was amazing. The only con was that the flowers was browning at the edges within a few hours. But I mean, you only need it for one night anyways :)

After a lot of conversations about how many flowers would be included for the price I was quoted (the sample did not have as many as we expected) Adrian and Fariba did a great job at our wedding. Everybody loved the flowers and the designs. However, they did take the flowers back with them at the end of the night, probably to reuse. And we had told them that we wanted to keep them for our guests to take home. We had paid for them after all, and for them to take them away at the end of the night was not fair. However, they did do good job on the day.

Metro flowers did the arrangements for a wedding on July 3^rd. They were amazing.

I’m on the fence about this place. This is the third time that I’m dealing with them. The first time was for my wedding. They did an amazing job as far as the floral arrangements are concerned, but 5 minutes before my wife and I are supposed to walk down the Isle and with half the guests already there, they were still setting up.
The second time was for an anniversary. This time they did an amazing job. They got to my wife’s job at a reasonable time, and as usual the floral arrangements looked great.
This last time however, they let me down again. I’m convinced that the quality of their work is great, but the way they handle their customers is sub-​par. I called because it’s my wife’s 25^th birthday and I wanted to send flowers to her job. I was placed on hold, and when the lady got back on the phone she asked for my name and number and said she would call back in 10 minutes. An hour later, and no call… I’m not going to stalk them to give them my money, so unfortunately for them, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Adrien is AMAZING. I can’t speak for the other woman there, but Adrien is creative and super nice. My wedding is not until the summer, but he is by far the best vendor I am working with. He did the flowers for my engagement party and my bridal shower asll well — blew my mind! He cares so much about the event and wants every detail and every idea I have to be as perfect and pristine as possible. I’ll repost after the wedding!

This place will literally not stop harassing me, texting and calling repeatedly despite the fact that I have told them on multiple occasions that i am not interested in retaining their services for my wedding. Looking into making a formal complaint with the police…

Unless you definitely want to use this company, never give them your number or they will harass you with multiple consecutive calls and an absurd number of text messages until you either pick up your phone or respond. It is never a good idea to harass potential customers. If they don’t know the difference between inquiring and harassment, I don’t think they would be reliable or a good vendor.

This is hands down the BEST florist within Long Island!!! I got married April 6^th 2013 at Fresh Meadow Country Club and I was absolutely blown away. I am definitely a picky bride. Coming from someone that used to work within the wedding industry having done many parties at the Pierre and Plaza Hotels, I knew exactly what I wanted and only wanted to work with the best vendors. I had never heard of Metro prior to my wedding. I came across them through the country club. It was pretty shocking I booked a florist I had never heard of but my gut was telling me they had to be apart of my wedding. I worked with Fariba. She was extremely patient and had 3 meetings with me prior to booking, each over 1 hour. She held true to her word and delivered everything she promised and MORE! My husband, our families, and both of us were blown away when we entered the club. The Chupah was stunning. I told Fariba what my vibe was for the night and she completely created the night with that in mind. No words can describe how beautiful the centerpieces were. Fariba and Adrian are so talented that I had to show off their work and have 3 different kinds of center pieces. I literally did not have to worry about one thing as they completely were on top of their game. You would be foolish for even questioning if you should hire them for your event. I can’t wait to see their work again at future parties!!!

Called on Monday night from Phoenix to order flowers for a friend in NY who just gave birth. I arranged what I wanted and paid by phone. My friend was soooooo happy with the bouquet and the courtesy «its a girl» balloon. I was sooo happy with the price ;) and customer service.

THE MOST AMAZING FLORIST EVER. We booked them for our wedding in July 2012 and till this day we hear comments about how blown away everyone was with our flower arrangements! They use the freshest flowers and they last for a long time! My sister-​in-​law also used them for her wedding as well. Plus they are extremely friendly and care about your event! They are a must!

In November of 2007, I was introduce to Adrian at Metro Florists and I possible decorator for my wedding. March 2008 I could not have been more thrilled with my choice! Adrian and his crew did an AMAZING job. I priced out what I wanted at one other florist. Adrian came in lower and in my opinion did MORE than what I paid for (which you NEVER hear when it comes to wedding vendors).
I have gone back to Metro for many occasions now and was just blown away by the amazing bouquet of flowers my husband ordered for Valentines Day.
I will continue working with Adrian and crew and hope that people give him the opportunity to make there day as special as he made mine.
