Competent dentist but he is hot-​tempered and stubborn. ie impatient that my novacain sp? took too long to take effect. Hired inexperienced young asian women to do trays for my bleaching and then allowed the experienced one to redo the trays at my insistence. Refused to allow me to have the initial bleach provided for me. Said another brand was just as good. Why would a doctor not satisfy a patient when first trays didn’t hold bleach on teeth ! (dribbled down my gums) His stubborness was perplexing. I paid plenty for the veneers and whitening was part of the esthetic procedure. I vowed I’d never return to him and I haven’t. btw I went to his Manhattan office years ago.
